사사기 17
1. 에브라임 산지에 미가라 이름하는 사람이 있더니
Now a man named Micah from the hill country of Ephraim
2. 그 어미에게 이르되 어머니께서 은 일천일백을 잃어버리셨으므로 저주하시고 내 귀에도 말씀하셨더니 보소서 그 은이 내게 있나이다 내가 그것을 취하였나이다 어미가 가로되 내 아들이 여호와께 복 받기를 원하노라 하니라
said to his mother, "The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from you and about which I heard you utter a curse--I have that silver with me; I took it." Then his mother said, "The LORD bless you, my son!"
3. 미가가 은 일천일백을 그 어미에게 도로 주매 어미가 가로되 내가 내 아들을 위하여 한 신상을 새기며 한 신상을 부어 만들 차로 내 손에서 이 은을 여호와께 거룩히 드리노라 그러므로 내가 이제 이 은을 네게 도로 돌리리라
When he returned the eleven hundred shekels of silver to his mother, she said, "I solemnly consecrate my silver to the LORD for my son to make a carved image and a cast idol. I will give it back to you."
4. 미가가 그 은을 어미에게 도로 주었으므로 어미가 그 은 이백을 취하여 은장색에게 주어 한 신상을 새기며 한 신상을 부어 만들었더니 그 신상이 미가의 집에 있더라
So he returned the silver to his mother, and she took two hundred shekels of silver and gave them to a silversmith, who made them into the image and the idol. And they were put in Micah's house.
5. 이 사람 미가에게 신당이 있으므로 또 에봇과 드라빔을 만들고 한 아들을 세워 제사장을 삼았더라
Now this man Micah had a shrine, and he made an ephod and some idols and installed one of his sons as his priest.
6. 그 때에는 이스라엘에 왕이 없으므로 사람마다 자기 소견에 옳은 대로 행하였더라
In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as he saw fit.
7. 유다 가족에 속한 유다 베들레헴에 한 소년이 있으니 그는 레위인으로서 거기 우거하였더라
A young Levite from Bethlehem in Judah, who had been living within the clan of Judah,
8. 이 사람이 거할 곳을 찾고자 하여 그 성읍 유다 베들레헴을 떠나서 행하다가 에브라임 산지로 가서 미가의 집에 이르매
left that town in search of some other place to stay. On his way he came to Micah's house in the hill country of Ephraim.
9. 미가가 그에게 묻되 너는 어디서부터 오느뇨 그가 이르되 나는 유다 베들레헴의 레위인으로서 거할 곳을 찾으러 가노라
Micah asked him, "Where are you from?" "I'm a Levite from Bethlehem in Judah," he said, "and I'm looking for a place to stay."
10. 미가가 그에게 이르되 네가 나와 함께 거하여 나를 위하여 아비와 제사장이 되라 내가 해마다 은 열과 의복 한 벌과 식물을 주리라 하므로 레위인이 들어갔더니
Then Micah said to him, "Live with me and be my father and priest, and I'll give you ten shekels of silver a year, your clothes and your food."
11. 레위인이 그 사람과 함께 거하기를 만족히 여겼으니 이는 그 소년이 미가의 아들 중 하나같이 됨이라
So the Levite agreed to live with him, and the young man was to him like one of his sons.
12. 미가가 레위인을 거룩히 구별하매 소년이 미가의 제사장이 되어 그 집에 거한지라
Then Micah installed the Levite, and the young man became his priest and lived in his house.
13. 이에 미가가 가로되 레위인이 내 제사장이 되었으니 이제 여호와께서 내게 복 주실 줄을 아노라 하니라
And Micah said, "Now I know that the LORD will be good to me, since this Levite has become my priest."
사도행전 21
1. 우리가 저희를 작별하고 행선하여 바로 고스로 가서 이튿날 로도에 이르러 거기서부터 바다라로 가서
After we had torn ourselves away from them, we put out to sea and sailed straight to Cos. The next day we went to Rhodes and from there to Patara.
2. 베니게로 건너가는 배를 만나서 타고 가다가
We found a ship crossing over to Phoenicia, went on board and set sail.
3. 구브로를 바라보고 이를 왼편에 두고 수리아로 행선하여 두로에서 상륙하니 거기서 배가 짐을 풀려 함이러라
After sighting Cyprus and passing to the south of it, we sailed on to Syria. We landed at Tyre, where our ship was to unload its cargo.
4. 제자들을 찾아 거기서 이레를 머물더니 그 제자들이 성령의 감동으로 바울더러 예루살렘에 들어가지 말라 하더라
Finding the disciples there, we stayed with them seven days. Through the Spirit they urged Paul not to go on to Jerusalem.
5. 이 여러 날을 지난 후 우리가 떠나갈쌔 저희가 다 그 처자와 함께 성문 밖까지 전송하거늘 우리가 바닷가에서 무릎을 꿇어 기도하고
But when our time was up, we left and continued on our way. All the disciples and their wives and children accompanied us out of the city, and there on the beach we knelt to pray.
6. 서로 작별한 후 우리는 배에 오르고 저희는 집으로 돌아가니라
After saying good-by to each other, we went aboard the ship, and they returned home.
7. 두로로부터 수로를 다 행하여 돌레마이에 이르러 형제들에게 안부를 묻고 그들과 함께 하루를 있다가
We continued our voyage from Tyre and landed at Ptolemais, where we greeted the brothers and stayed with them for a day.
8. 이튿날 떠나 가이사랴에 이르러 일곱 집사 중 하나인 전도자 빌립의 집에 들어가서 유하니라
Leaving the next day, we reached Caesarea and stayed at the house of Philip the evangelist, one of the Seven.
9. 그에게 딸 넷이 있으니 처녀로 예언하는 자라
He had four unmarried daughters who prophesied.
10. 여러 날 있더니 한 선지자 아가보라 하는 이가 유대로부터 내려와
After we had been there a number of days, a prophet named Agabus came down from Judea.
11. 우리에게 와서 바울의 띠를 가져다가 자기 수족을 잡아매고 말하기를 성령이 말씀하시되 예루살렘에서 유대인들이 이같이 이 띠 임자를 결박하여 이방인의 손에 넘겨 주리라 하거늘
Coming over to us, he took Paul's belt, tied his own hands and feet with it and said, "The Holy Spirit says, 'In this way the Jews of Jerusalem will bind the owner of this belt and will hand him over to the Gentiles.'"
12. 우리가 그 말을 듣고 그 곳 사람들로 더불어 바울에게 예루살렘으로 올라가지 말라 권하니
When we heard this, we and the people there pleaded with Paul not to go up to Jerusalem.
13. 바울이 대답하되 너희가 어찌하여 울어 내 마음을 상하게 하느냐 나는 주 예수의 이름을 위하여 결박받을 뿐 아니라 예루살렘에서 죽을 것도 각오하였노라 하니
Then Paul answered, "Why are you weeping and breaking my heart? I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die in Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus."
14. 저가 권함을 받지 아니하므로 우리가 주의 뜻대로 이루어지이다 하고 그쳤노라
When he would not be dissuaded, we gave up and said, "The Lord's will be done."
15. 이 여러 날 후에 행장을 준비하여 예루살렘으로 올라갈쌔
After this, we got ready and went up to Jerusalem.
16. 가이사랴의 몇 제자가 함께 가며 한 오랜 제자 구브로 사람 나손을 데리고 가니 이는 우리가 그의 집에 유하려 함이라
Some of the disciples from Caesarea accompanied us and brought us to the home of Mnason, where we were to stay. He was a man from Cyprus and one of the early disciples.
17. 예루살렘에 이르니 형제들이 우리를 기꺼이 영접하거늘
When we arrived at Jerusalem, the brothers received us warmly.
18. 그 이튿날 바울이 우리와 함께 야고보에게로 들어가니 장로들도 다 있더라
The next day Paul and the rest of us went to see James, and all the elders were present.
19. 바울이 문안하고 하나님이 자기의 봉사로 말미암아 이방 가운데서 하신 일을 낱낱이 고하니
Paul greeted them and reported in detail what God had done among the Gentiles through his ministry.
20. 저희가 듣고 하나님께 영광을 돌리고 바울더러 이르되 형제여 그대도 보는 바에 유대인 중에 믿는 자 수만 명이 있으니 다 율법에 열심 있는 자라
When they heard this, they praised God. Then they said to Paul: "You see, brother, how many thousands of Jews have believed, and all of them are zealous for the law.
21. 네가 이방에 있는 모든 유대인을 가르치되 모세를 배반하고 아들들에게 할례를 하지 말고 또 규모를 지키지 말라 한다 함을 저희가 들었도다
They have been informed that you teach all the Jews who live among the Gentiles to turn away from Moses, telling them not to circumcise their children or live according to our customs.
22. 그러면 어찌할꼬 저희가 필연 그대의 온 것을 들으리니
What shall we do? They will certainly hear that you have come,
23. 우리의 말하는 이대로 하라 서원한 네 사람이 우리에게 있으니
so do what we tell you. There are four men with us who have made a vow.
24. 저희를 데리고 함께 결례를 행하고 저희를 위하여 비용을 내어 머리를 깎게 하라 그러면 모든 사람이 그대에게 대하여 들은 것이 헛된 것이고 그대도 율법을 지켜 행하는 줄로 알 것이라
Take these men, join in their purification rites and pay their expenses, so that they can have their heads shaved. Then everybody will know there is no truth in these reports about you, but that you yourself are living in obedience to the law.
25. 주를 믿는 이방인에게는 우리가 우상의 제물과 피와 목매어 죽인 것과 음행을 피할 것을 결의하고 편지하였느니라 하니
As for the Gentile believers, we have written to them our decision that they should abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality."
26. 바울이 이 사람들을 데리고 이튿날 저희와 함께 결례를 행하고 성전에 들어가서 각 사람을 위하여 제사드릴 때까지의 결례의 만기된 것을 고하니라
The next day Paul took the men and purified himself along with them. Then he went to the temple to give notice of the date when the days of purification would end and the offering would be made for each of them.
27. 그 이레가 거의 차매 아시아로부터 온 유대인들이 성전에서 바울을 보고 모든 무리를 충동하여 그를 붙들고
When the seven days were nearly over, some Jews from the province of Asia saw Paul at the temple. They stirred up the whole crowd and seized him,
28. 외치되 이스라엘 사람들아 도우라 이 사람은 각처에서 우리 백성과 율법과 이 곳을 훼방하여 모든 사람을 가르치는 그 자인데 또 헬라인을 데리고 성전에 들어가서 이 거룩한 곳을 더럽게 하였다 하니
shouting, "Men of Israel, help us! This is the man who teaches all men everywhere against our people and our law and this place. And besides, he has brought Greeks into the temple area and defiled this holy place."
29. 이는 저희가 전에 에베소 사람 드로비모가 바울과 함께 성내에 있음을 보고 바울이 저를 성전에 데리고 들어간 줄로 생각함일러라
(They had previously seen Trophimus the Ephesian in the city with Paul and assumed that Paul had brought him into the temple area.)
30. 온 성이 소동하여 백성이 달려와 모여 바울을 잡아 성전 밖으로 끌고 나가니 문들이 곧 닫히더라
The whole city was aroused, and the people came running from all directions. Seizing Paul, they dragged him from the temple, and immediately the gates were shut.
31. 저희가 그를 죽이려 할 때에 온 예루살렘의 요란하다는 소문이 군대의 천부장에게 들리매
While they were trying to kill him, news reached the commander of the Roman troops that the whole city of Jerusalem was in an uproar.
32. 저가 급히 군사들과 백부장들을 거느리고 달려 내려가니 저희가 천부장과 군사들을 보고 바울 치기를 그치는지라
He at once took some officers and soldiers and ran down to the crowd. When the rioters saw the commander and his soldiers, they stopped beating Paul.
33. 이에 천부장이 가까이 가서 바울을 잡아 두 쇠사슬로 결박하라 명하고 누구며 무슨 일을 하였느냐 물으니
The commander came up and arrested him and ordered him to be bound with two chains. Then he asked who he was and what he had done.
34. 무리 가운데서 어떤 이는 이 말로, 어떤 이는 저 말로 부르짖거늘 천부장이 소동을 인하여 그 실상을 알 수 없어 그를 영문 안으로 데려가라 명하니라
Some in the crowd shouted one thing and some another, and since the commander could not get at the truth because of the uproar, he ordered that Paul be taken into the barracks.
35. 바울이 층대에 이를 때에 무리의 포행을 인하여 군사들에게 들려가니
When Paul reached the steps, the violence of the mob was so great he had to be carried by the soldiers.
36. 이는 백성의 무리가 그를 없이 하자고 외치며 따라감이러라
The crowd that followed kept shouting, "Away with him!"
37. 바울을 데리고 영문으로 들어가려 할 그 때에 바울이 천부장더러 이르되 내가 당신에게 말할 수 있느뇨 가로되 네가 헬라 말을 아느냐
As the soldiers were about to take Paul into the barracks, he asked the commander, "May I say something to you?" "Do you speak Greek?" he replied.
38. 그러면 네가 이전에 난을 일으켜 사천의 자객을 거느리고 광야로 가던 애굽인이 아니냐
"Aren't you the Egyptian who started a revolt and led four thousand terrorists out into the desert some time ago?"
39. 바울이 가로되 나는 유대인이라 소읍이 아닌 길리기아 다소 성의 시민이니 청컨대 백성에게 말하기를 허락하라 하니
Paul answered, "I am a Jew, from Tarsus in Cilicia, a citizen of no ordinary city. Please let me speak to the people."
40. 천부장이 허락하거늘 바울이 층대 위에 서서 백성에게 손짓하여 크게 종용히 한 후에 히브리 방언으로 말하여 가로되
Having received the commander's permission, Paul stood on the steps and motioned to the crowd. When they were all silent, he said to them in Aramaic:

예레미야 30-31
1. 여호와께로서 말씀이 예레미야에게 임하여 이르시니라
This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD:
2. 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께서 이같이 일러 가라사대 내가 네게 이른 모든 말을 책에 기록하라
"This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: 'Write in a book all the words I have spoken to you.
3. 나 여호와가 말하노라 내가 내 백성 이스라엘과 유다의 포로를 돌이킬 때가 이르리니 내가 그들을 그 열조에게 준 땅으로 돌아오게 할 것이라 그들이 그것을 차지하리라 여호와의 말이니라
The days are coming,' declares the LORD, 'when I will bring my people Israel and Judah back from captivity and restore them to the land I gave their forefathers to possess,' says the LORD."
4. 여호와께서 이스라엘과 유다에 대하여 하신 말씀이 이러하니라
These are the words the LORD spoke concerning Israel and Judah:
5. 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시되 우리가 떨리는 소리를 들으니 두려움이요 평안함이 아니로다
"This is what the LORD says: "'Cries of fear are heard--terror, not peace.
6. 너희는 자식을 해산하는 남자가 있는가 물어 보라 남자마다 해산하는 여인같이 손으로 각기 허리를 짚고 그 얼굴 빛이 창백하여 보임은 어찜이뇨
Ask and see: Can a man bear children? Then why do I see every strong man with his hands on his stomach like a woman in labor, every face turned deathly pale?
7. 슬프다 그 날이여 비할 데 없이 크니 이는 야곱의 환난의 때가 됨이로다마는 그가 이에서 구하여 냄을 얻으리로다
How awful that day will be! None will be like it. It will be a time of trouble for Jacob, but he will be saved out of it.
8. 만군의 여호와가 말하노라 그 날에 내가 네 목에서 그 멍에를 꺾어 버리며 네 줄을 끊으리니 이방인이 다시는 너를 부리지 못할 것이며
"' In that day,' declares the LORD Almighty, 'I will break the yoke off their necks and will tear off their bonds; no longer will foreigners enslave them.
9. 너희는 너희 하나님 나 여호와를 섬기며 내가 너희를 위하여 일으킬 너희 왕 다윗을 섬기리라
Instead, they will serve the LORD their God and David their king, whom I will raise up for them.
10. 그러므로 나 여호와가 말하노라 내 종 야곱아 두려워 말라 이스라엘아 놀라지 말라 내가 너를 원방에서 구원하고 네 자손을 포로된 땅에서 구원하리니 야곱이 돌아와서 태평과 안락을 얻을 것이라 너를 두렵게 할 자 없으리라
"'So do not fear, O Jacob my servant; do not be dismayed, O Israel,' declares the LORD. 'I will surely save you out of a distant place, your descendants from the land of their exile. Jacob will again have peace and security, and no one will make him afraid.
11. 나 여호와가 말하노라 내가 너와 함께하여 너를 구원할 것이라 내가 너를 흩었던 그 열방은 진멸한다 할찌라도 너는 진멸하지 아니하리라 그러나 내가 공도로 너를 징책할 것이요 결코 무죄한자로 여기지 아니하리라
I am with you and will save you,' declares the LORD. 'Though I completely destroy all the nations among which I scatter you, I will not completely destroy you. I will discipline you but only with justice; I will not let you go entirely unpunished.'
12. 나 여호와가 말하노라 네 상처는 고칠 수 없고 네 창상은 중하도다
"This is what the LORD says: "'Your wound is incurable, your injury beyond healing.
13. 네 송사를 변호할 자가 없고 네 상처를 싸맬 약이 없도다
There is no one to plead your cause, no remedy for your sore, no healing for you.
14. 너를 사랑하던 자가 다 너를 잊고 찾지 아니하니 이는 네 허물이 크고 네 죄가 수다함을 인하여 내가 대적의 상하게 하는 그것으로 너를 상하게 하며 잔학한 자의 징계하는 그것으로 너를 징계함이어늘
All your allies have forgotten you; they care nothing for you. I have struck you as an enemy would and punished you as would the cruel, because your guilt is so great and your sins so many.
15. 어찌하여 네 상처를 인하여 부르짖느뇨 네 고통이 낫지 못하리라 네 죄악의 큼과 죄의 수다함을 인하여 내가 네게 이 일을 행하였느니라
Why do you cry out over your wound, your pain that has no cure? Because of your great guilt and many sins I have done these things to you.
16. 그러나 무릇 너를 먹는 자는 먹히며 무릇 너를 치는 자는 다 포로가 되며 너를 탈취하는 자는 탈취를 당하며 무릇 너를 약탈하는 자는 내가 그로 약탈을 당하게 하리라
"'But all who devour you will be devoured; all your enemies will go into exile. Those who plunder you will be plundered; all who make spoil of you I will despoil.
17. 나 여호와가 말하노라 그들이 쫓겨난 자라 하며 찾는 자가 없는 시온이라 한즉 내가 너를 치료하여 네 상처를 낫게 하리라
But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares the LORD, 'because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares.'
18. 나 여호와가 말하노라 보라 내가 포로된 야곱의 장막들을 돌이키고 그 거하는 곳들을 긍휼히 여길 것이라 그 성읍은 자기 산에 중건될 것이요 그 궁궐은 본래대로 거하는 곳이 될 것이며
"This is what the LORD says: "'I will restore the fortunes of Jacob's tents and have compassion on his dwellings; the city will be rebuilt on her ruins, and the palace will stand in its proper place.
19. 감사하는 소리와 즐거워하는 자의 목소리가 그 중에서 나오리라 내가 그들을 번성케 하리니 쇠잔치 아니하겠고 내가 그들을 영화롭게 하리니 비천하지 아니하겠으며
From them will come songs of thanksgiving and the sound of rejoicing. I will add to their numbers, and they will not be decreased; I will bring them honor, and they will not be disdained.
20. 그 자손은 여전하겠고 그 회중은 내 앞에 굳게 설 것이며 무릇 그를 압박하는 자는 내가 다 벌하리라
Their children will be as in days of old, and their community will be established before me; I will punish all who oppress them.
21. 그 왕은 그 본족에게서 날 것이요 그 통치자는 그들 중에서 나올 것이며 내가 그를 가까이 오게 하므로 그가 내게 접근하리라 그렇지 않고 담대히 내게 접근할 자가 누구뇨 여호와의 말이니라
Their leader will be one of their own; their ruler will arise from among them. I will bring him near and he will come close to me, for who is he who will devote himself to be close to me?' declares the LORD.
22. 너희는 내 백성이 되겠고 나는 너희 하나님이 되리라
"'So you will be my people, and I will be your God.'"
23. 보라 여호와의 노가 발하여 폭풍과 회리바람처럼 악인의 머리를 칠 것이라
See, the storm of the LORD will burst out in wrath, a driving wind swirling down on the heads of the wicked.
24. 나 여호와의 진노는 내 마음의 뜻한 바를 행하여 이루기까지는 쉬지 아니하나니 너희가 말일에 그것을 깨달으리라
The fierce anger of the LORD will not turn back until he fully accomplishes the purposes of his heart. In days to come you will understand this.
1. 나 여호와가 말하노라 그 때에 내가 이스라엘 모든 가족의 하나님이 되고 그들은 내 백성이 되리라
"At that time," declares the LORD, "I will be the God of all the clans of Israel, and they will be my people."
2. 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 칼에서 벗어난 백성이 광야에서 은혜를 얻었나니 곧 내가 이스라엘로 안식을 얻게 하러 갈 때에라
This is what the LORD says: "The people who survive the sword will find favor in the desert; I will come to give rest to Israel."
3. 나 여호와가 옛적에 이스라엘에게 나타나 이르기를 내가 무궁한 사랑으로 너를 사랑하는 고로 인자함으로 너를 인도하였다 하였노라
The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness.
4. 처녀 이스라엘아 내가 다시 너를 세우리니 네가 세움을 입을 것이요 네가 다시 소고로 너를 장식하고 즐거운 무리처럼 춤추며 나올 것이며
I will build you up again and you will be rebuilt, O Virgin Israel. Again you will take up your tambourines and go out to dance with the joyful.
5. 네가 다시 사마리아 산들에 포도원을 심되 심는 자가 심고 그 과실을 먹으리라
Again you will plant vineyards on the hills of Samaria; the farmers will plant them and enjoy their fruit.
6. 에브라임산 위에서 파숫군이 외치는 날이 이를 것이라 이르기를 너희는 일어나라 우리가 시온에 올라가서 우리 하나님 여호와께로 나아가자 하리라
There will be a day when watchmen cry out on the hills of Ephraim, 'Come, let us go up to Zion, to the LORD our God.'"
7. 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 너희는 야곱을 위하여 기뻐 노래하며 만국의 머리 된 자를 위하여 외쳐 전파하며 찬양하며 이르기를 여호와여 주의 백성 이스라엘의 남은 자를 구원하소서 하라
This is what the LORD says: "Sing with joy for Jacob; shout for the foremost of the nations. Make your praises heard, and say, 'O LORD, save your people, the remnant of Israel.'
8. 보라 내가 그들을 북편 땅에서 인도하며 땅 끝에서부터 모으리니 그들 중에는 소경과 절뚝발이와 잉태한 여인과 해산하는 여인이 함께 하여 큰 무리를 이루어 이 곳으로 돌아오되
See, I will bring them from the land of the north and gather them from the ends of the earth. Among them will be the blind and the lame, expectant mothers and women in labor; a great throng will return.
9. 울며 올 것이며 그들이 나의 인도함을 입고 간구할 때에 내가 그들로 넘어지지 아니하고 하숫가의 바른 길로 행하게 하리라 나는 이스라엘의 아비요 에브라임은 나의 장자니라
They will come with weeping; they will pray as I bring them back. I will lead them beside streams of water on a level path where they will not stumble, because I am Israel's father, and Ephraim is my firstborn son.
10. 열방이여 너희는 나 여호와의 말을 듣고 먼 섬에 전파하여 이르기를 이스라엘을 흩으신 자가 그를 모으시고 목자가 그 양 무리에게 행함같이 그를 지키시리로다
"Hear the word of the LORD, O nations; proclaim it in distant coastlands: 'He who scattered Israel will gather them and will watch over his flock like a shepherd.'
11. 여호와께서 야곱을 속량하시되 그들보다 강한 자의 손에서 구속하셨으니
For the LORD will ransom Jacob and redeem them from the hand of those stronger than they.
12. 그들이 와서 시온의 높은 곳에서 찬송하며 여호와의 은사 곧 곡식과 새 포도주와 기름과 어린 양의 떼와 소의 떼에 모일 것이라 그 심령은 물댄 동산 같겠고 다시는 근심이 없으리로다 할찌어다
They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD--the grain, the new wine and the oil, the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more.
13. 그 때에 처녀는 춤추며 즐거워하겠고 청년과 노인이 함께 즐거워하리니 내가 그들의 슬픔을 돌이켜 즐겁게 하며 그들을 위로하여 근심한 후에 기쁨을 얻게 할 것임이니라
Then maidens will dance and be glad, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.
14. 내가 기름으로 제사장들의 심령에 흡족케 하며 내 은혜로 내 백성에게 만족케 하리라 여호와의 말이니라
I will satisfy the priests with abundance, and my people will be filled with my bounty," declares the LORD.
15. 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 라마에서 슬퍼하며 통곡하는 소리가 들리니 라헬이 그 자식을 위하여 애곡하는 것이라 그가 자식이 없으므로 위로 받기를 거절하는도다
This is what the LORD says: "A voice is heard in Ramah, mourning and great weeping, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because her children are no more."
16. 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 네 소리를 금하여 울지 말며 네 눈을 금하여 눈물을 흘리지 말라 네 일에 갚음을 받을 것인즉 그들이 그 대적의 땅에서 돌아오리라 여호와의 말이니라
This is what the LORD says: "Restrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears, for your work will be rewarded," declares the LORD. "They will return from the land of the enemy.
17. 나 여호와가 말하노라 너의 최후에 소망이 있을 것이라 너의 자녀가 자기들의 경내로 돌아오리라
So there is hope for your future," declares the LORD. "Your children will return to their own land.
18. 에브라임이 스스로 탄식함을 내가 정녕히 들었노니 이르기를 주께서 나를 징벌하시매 멍에에 익숙지 못한 송아지 같은 내가 징벌을 받았나이다 주는 나의 하나님 여호와시니 나를 이끌어 돌이키소서 그리하시면 내가 돌아오겠나이다
"I have surely heard Ephraim's moaning: 'You disciplined me like an unruly calf, and I have been disciplined. Restore me, and I will return, because you are the LORD my God.
19. 내가 돌이킴을 받은 후에 뉘우쳤고 내가 교훈을 받은 후에 내 볼기를 쳤사오니 이는 어렸을 때의 치욕을 진고로 부끄럽고 욕됨이니이다 하도다
After I strayed, I repented; after I came to understand, I beat my breast. I was ashamed and humiliated because I bore the disgrace of my youth.'
20. 에브라임은 나의 사랑하는 아들 기뻐하는 자식이 아니냐 내가 그를 책망하여 말할 때마다 깊이 생각하노라 그러므로 그를 위하여 내 마음이 측은한즉 내가 반드시 그를 긍휼히 여기리라 여호와의 말이니라
Is not Ephraim my dear son, the child in whom I delight? Though I often speak against him, I still remember him. Therefore my heart yearns for him; I have great compassion for him," declares the LORD.
21. 처녀 이스라엘아 너를 위하여 길표를 세우며 너를 위하여 표목을 만들고 대로 곧 네가 전에 가던 길에 착념하라 돌아오라 네 성읍들로 돌아오라
"Set up road signs; put up guideposts. Take note of the highway, the road that you take. Return, O Virgin Israel, return to your towns.
22. 패역한 딸아 네가 어느 때까지 방황하겠느냐 여호와가 새 일을 세상에 창조하였나니 곧 여자가 남자를 안으리라
How long will you wander, O unfaithful daughter? The LORD will create a new thing on earth--a woman will surround a man."
23. 나 만군의 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님이 이같이 말하노라 내가 그 사로잡힌 자를 돌아오게 할 때에 그들이 유다 땅과 그 성읍들에서 다시 이 말을 쓰리니 곧 의로운 처소여, 거룩한 산이여, 여호와께서 네게 복 주시기를 원하노라 할 것이며
This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: "When I bring them back from captivity, the people in the land of Judah and in its towns will once again use these words: 'The LORD bless you, O righteous dwelling, O sacred mountain.'
24. 유다와 그 모든 성읍의 농부와 양 떼를 인도하는 자가 거기 함께 거하리니
People will live together in Judah and all its towns--farmers and those who move about with their flocks.
25. 이는 내가 그 피곤한 심령을 만족케 하며 무릇 슬픈 심령을 상쾌케 하였음이니라 하시기로
I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint."
26. 내가 깨어 보니 내 잠이 달았더라
At this I awoke and looked around. My sleep had been pleasant to me.
27. 여호와께서 가라사대 보라 내가 사람의 씨와 짐승의 씨를 이스라엘 집과 유다 집에 뿌릴 날이 이르리니
"The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will plant the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the offspring of men and of animals.
28. 내가 경성하여 그들을 뽑으며 훼파하며 전복하며 멸하며 곤란케 하던 것같이 경성하여 그들을 세우며 심으리라 여호와의 말이니라
Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant," declares the LORD.
29. 그 때에 그들이 다시는 이르기를 아비가 신 포도를 먹었으므로 아들들의 이가 시다 하지 아니하겠고
"In those days people will no longer say, 'The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge.'
30. 신 포도를 먹는 자마다 그 이가 심같이 각기 자기 죄악으로만 죽으리라
Instead, everyone will die for his own sin; whoever eats sour grapes--his own teeth will be set on edge.
31. 나 여호와가 말하노라 보라 날이 이르리니 내가 이스라엘 집과 유다 집에 새 언약을 세우리라
"The time is coming," declares the LORD, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.
32. 나 여호와가 말하노라 이 언약은 내가 그들의 열조의 손을 잡고 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 내던 날에 세운 것과 같지 아니할 것은 내가 그들의 남편이 되었어도 그들이 내 언약을 파하였음이니라
It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant, though I was a husband to them," declares the LORD.
33. 나 여호와가 말하노라 그러나 그 날 후에 내가 이스라엘 집에 세울 언약은 이러하니 곧 내가 나의 법을 그들의 속에 두며 그 마음에 기록하여 나는 그들의 하나님이 되고 그들은 내 백성이 될 것이라
"This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time," declares the LORD. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.
34. 그들이 다시는 각기 이웃과 형제를 가리켜 이르기를 너는 여호와를 알라 하지 아니하리니 이는 작은 자로부터 큰 자까지 다 나를 앎이니라 내가 그들의 죄악을 사하고 다시는 그 죄를 기억지 아니하리라 여호와의 말이니라
No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest," declares the LORD. "For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."
35. 나 여호와는 해를 낮의 빛으로 주었고 달과 별들을 밤의 빛으로 규정하였고 바다를 격동시켜 그 파도로 소리치게 하나니 내 이름은 만군의 여호와니라 내가 말하노라
This is what the LORD says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar--the LORD Almighty is his name:
36. 이 규정이 내 앞에서 폐할찐대 이스라엘 자손도 내 앞에서 폐함을 입어 영영히 나라가 되지 못하리라
"Only if these decrees vanish from my sight," declares the LORD, "will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before me."
37. 나 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 위로 하늘을 측량할 수 있으며 아래로 땅의 기초를 탐지할 수 있다면 내가 이스라엘 자손의 행한 모든 일을 인하여 그들을 다 버리리라 여호와의 말이니라
This is what the LORD says: "Only if the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth below be searched out will I reject all the descendants of Israel because of all they have done," declares the LORD.
38. 나 여호와가 말하노라 보라, 날이 이르리니 이 성을 하나넬 망대에서부터 모퉁이 문까지 여호와를 위하여 건축할 것이라
"The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when this city will be rebuilt for me from the Tower of Hananel to the Corner Gate.
39. 측량줄이 곧게 가렙 산에 이르고 고아 방면으로 돌아
The measuring line will stretch from there straight to the hill of Gareb and then turn to Goah.
40. 시체와 재의 골짜기와 기드론 시내에 이르는 데까지와 동편 말 문 모퉁이에 이르기까지의 모든 밭에 이르리니 다 여호와의 성지가 되고 영영히 다시는 뽑히거나 전복되지 아니하리라
The whole valley where dead bodies and ashes are thrown, and all the terraces out to the Kidron Valley on the east as far as the corner of the Horse Gate, will be holy to the LORD. The city will never again be uprooted or demolished."
마가복음 16
1. 안식일이 지나매 막달라 마리아와 야고보의 어머니 마리아와 또 살로메가 가서 예수께 바르기 위하여 향품을 사다 두었다가
When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus' body.
2. 안식 후 첫날 매우 일찌기 해 돋은 때에 그 무덤으로 가며
Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb
3. 서로 말하되 누가 우리를 위하여 무덤 문에서 돌을 굴려 주리요 하더니
and they asked each other, "Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?"
4. 눈을 들어 본즉 돌이 벌써 굴려졌으니 그 돌이 심히 크더라
But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away.
5. 무덤에 들어가서 흰 옷을 입은 한 청년이 우편에 앉은 것을 보고 놀라매
As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.
6. 청년이 이르되 놀라지 말라 너희가 십자가에 못 박히신 나사렛 예수를 찾는구나 그가 살아나셨고 여기 계시지 아니하니라 보라 그를 두었던 곳이니라
"Don't be alarmed," he said. "You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.
7. 가서 그의 제자들과 베드로에게 이르기를 예수께서 너희보다 먼저 갈릴리로 가시나니 전에 너희에게 말씀하신 대로 너희가 거기서 뵈오리라 하라 하는지라
But go, tell his disciples and Peter, 'He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.'"
8. 여자들이 심히 놀라 떨며 나와 무덤에서 도망하고 무서워하여 아무에게 아무 말도 하지 못하더라
Trembling and bewildered, the women went out and fled from the tomb. They said nothing to anyone, because they were afraid.
9. [예수께서 안식 후 첫날 이른 아침에 살아나신 후 전에 일곱 귀신을 쫓아내어 주신 막달라 마리아에게 먼저 보이시니
The most reliable early manuscripts and other ancient witnesses do not have Mark 16:9-20. When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons.
10. 마리아가 가서 예수와 함께 하던 사람들의 슬퍼하며 울고 있는 중에 이 일을 고하매
She went and told those who had been with him and who were mourning and weeping.
11. 그들은 예수의 살으셨다는 것과 마리아에게 보이셨다는 것을 듣고도 믿지 아니하니라
When they heard that Jesus was alive and that she had seen him, they did not believe it.
12. 그 후에 저희 중 두 사람이 걸어서 시골로 갈 때에 예수께서 다른 모양으로 저희에게 나타나시니
Afterward Jesus appeared in a different form to two of them while they were walking in the country.
13. 두 사람이 가서 남은 제자들에게 고하였으되 역시 믿지 아니하니라
These returned and reported it to the rest; but they did not believe them either.
14. 그 후에 열한 제자가 음식 먹을 때에 예수께서 저희에게 나타나사 저희의 믿음 없는 것과 마음이 완악한 것을 꾸짖으시니 이는 자기의 살아난 것을 본 자들의 말을 믿지 아니함일러라
Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen.
15. 또 가라사대 너희는 온 천하에 다니며 만민에게 복음을 전파하라
He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.
16. 믿고 세례를 받는 사람은 구원을 얻을 것이요 믿지 않는 사람은 정죄를 받으리라
Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.
17. 믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 저희가 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며 새 방언을 말하며
And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues;
18. 뱀을 집으며 무슨 독을 마실찌라도 해를 받지 아니하며 병든 사람에게 손을 얹은즉 나으리라하시더라
they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well."
19. 주 예수께서 말씀을 마치신 후에 하늘로 올리우사 하나님 우편에 앉으시니라
After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.
20. 제자들이 나가 두루 전파할쌔 주께서 함께 역사하사 그 따르는 표적으로 말씀을 확실히 증거하시니라]
Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.
