민수기 7

1. 모세가 장막 세우기를 필하고 그것에 기름을 발라 거룩히 구별하고 또 그 모든 기구와 단과 그 모든 기구에 기름을 발라 거룩히 구별한 날에
  When Moses finished setting up the tabernacle, he anointed it and consecrated it and all its furnishings. He also anointed and consecrated the altar and all its utensils.

2. 이스라엘 족장들 곧 그들의 종족의 두령들이요 그 지파의 족장으로서 그 계수함을 입은 자의 감독 된 자들이 예물을 드렸으니
  Then the leaders of Israel, the heads of families who were the tribal leaders in charge of those who were counted, made offerings.

3. 그들의 여호와께 드린 예물은 덮개 있는 수레 여섯과 소 열둘이니 족장 둘에 수레가 하나씩이요 하나에 소가 하나씩이라 그것들을 장막 앞에 드린지라
  They brought as their gifts before the LORD six covered carts and twelve oxen--an ox from each leader and a cart from every two. These they presented before the tabernacle.

4. 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
  The LORD said to Moses,

5. 그것을 그들에게서 받아 레위인에게 주어 각기 직임대로 회막 봉사에 쓰게 할찌니라
  "Accept these from them, that they may be used in the work at the Tent of Meeting. Give them to the Levites as each man's work requires."

6. 모세가 수레와 소를 받아 레위인에게 주었으니
  So Moses took the carts and oxen and gave them to the Levites.

7. 곧 게르손 자손들에게는 그 직임대로 수레 둘과 소 넷을 주었고
  He gave two carts and four oxen to the Gershonites, as their work required,

8. 므라리 자손들에게는 그 직임대로 수레 넷과 소 여덟을 주고 제사장 아론의 아들 이다말로 감독케 하였으나
  and he gave four carts and eight oxen to the Merarites, as their work required. They were all under the direction of Ithamar son of Aaron, the priest.

9. 고핫 자손에게는 주지 아니하였으니 그들의 성소의 직임은 그 어깨로 메는 일을 하는 까닭이었더라
  But Moses did not give any to the Kohathites, because they were to carry on their shoulders the holy things, for which they were responsible.

10. 단에 기름을 바르던 날에 족장들이 단의 봉헌을 위하여 예물을 가져다가 그 예물을 단 앞에 드리니라
  When the altar was anointed, the leaders brought their offerings for its dedication and presented them before the altar.

11. 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시기를 족장들은 하루 한 사람씩 단의 봉헌 예물을 드릴찌니라 하셨더라
  For the LORD had said to Moses, "Each day one leader is to bring his offering for the dedication of the altar."

12. 제 일 일에 예물을 드린 자는 유다 지파 암미나답의 아들 나손이라
  The one who brought his offering on the first day was Nahshon son of Amminadab of the tribe of Judah.

13. 그 예물은 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

14. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 그것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

15. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

16. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

17. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 암미나답의 아들 나손의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Nahshon son of Amminadab.

18. 제 이 일에는 잇사갈의 족장 수알의 아들 느다넬이 드렸으니
  On the second day Nethanel son of Zuar, the leader of Issachar, brought his offering.

19. 그 드린 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  The offering he brought was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

20. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 그것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

21. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

22. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

23. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 수알의 아들 느다넬의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Nethanel son of Zuar.

24. 제 삼 일에는 스불론 자손의 족장 헬론의 아들 엘리압이 드렸으니
  On the third day, Eliab son of Helon, the leader of the people of Zebulun, brought his offering.

25. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

26. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

27. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

28. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

29. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 헬론의 아들 엘리압의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Eliab son of Helon.

30. 제 사 일에는 르우벤 자손의 족장 스데울의 아들 엘리술이 드렸으니
  On the fourth day Elizur son of Shedeur, the leader of the people of Reuben, brought his offering.

31. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

32. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

33. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

34. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

35. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 스데울의 아들 엘리술의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Elizur son of Shedeur.

36. 제 오 일에는 시므온 자손의 족장 수리삿대의 아들 슬루미엘이 드렸으니
  On the fifth day Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai, the leader of the people of Simeon, brought his offering.

37. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

38. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

39. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

40. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

41. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 수리삿대의 아들 슬루미엘의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai.

42. 제 육 일에는 갓 자손의 족장 드우엘의 아들 엘리아삽이 드렸으니
  On the sixth day Eliasaph son of Deuel, the leader of the people of Gad, brought his offering.

43. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

44. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

45. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

46. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

47. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 드우엘의 아들 엘리아삽의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Eliasaph son of Deuel.

48. 제 칠 일에는 에브라임 자손의 족장 암미훗의 아들 엘리사마가 드렸으니
  On the seventh day Elishama son of Ammihud, the leader of the people of Ephraim, brought his offering.

49. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

50. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

51. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

52. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

53. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 암미훗의 아들 엘리사마의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Elishama son of Ammihud.

54. 제 팔 일에는 므낫세 자손의 족장 브다술의 아들 가말리엘이 드렸으니
  On the eighth day Gamaliel son of Pedahzur, the leader of the people of Manasseh, brought his offering.

55. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

56. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

57. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

58. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

59. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 브다술의 아들 가말리엘의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Gamaliel son of Pedahzur.

60. 제 구 일에는 베냐민 자손의 족장 기드오니의 아들 아비단이 드렸으니
  On the ninth day Abidan son of Gideoni, the leader of the people of Benjamin, brought his offering.

61. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

62. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

63. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

64. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

65. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 기드오니의 아들 아비단의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Abidan son of Gideoni.

66. 제 십 일에는 단 자손의 족장 암미삿대의 아들 아히에셀이 드렸으니
  On the tenth day Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai, the leader of the people of Dan, brought his offering.

67. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

68. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

69. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

70. 속죄 제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai.

72. 제 십일 일에는 아셀 자손의 족장 오그란의 아들 바기엘이 드렸으니
  On the eleventh day Pagiel son of Ocran, the leader of the people of Asher, brought his offering.

73. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

74. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

75. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

76. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

77. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 오그란의 아들 바기엘의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Pagiel son of Ocran.

78. 제 십이 일에는 납달리 자손의 족장 에난의 아들 아히라가 드렸으니
  On the twelfth day Ahira son of Enan, the leader of the people of Naphtali, brought his offering.

79. 그 예물도 성소의 세겔대로 일백삼십 세겔 중 은반 하나와 칠십 세겔 중 은바리 하나라 이 두 그릇에는 소제물로 기름 섞은 고운 가루를 채웠고
  His offering was one silver plate weighing a hundred and thirty shekels, and one silver sprinkling bowl weighing seventy shekels, both according to the sanctuary shekel, each filled with fine flour mixed with oil as a grain offering;

80. 또 십 세겔 중 금숟가락 하나라 이것에는 향을 채웠고
  one gold dish weighing ten shekels, filled with incense;

81. 또 번제물로 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나와 일년 된 어린 수양 하나이며
  one young bull, one ram and one male lamb a year old, for a burnt offering;

82. 속죄제물로 수염소 하나이며
  one male goat for a sin offering;

83. 화목제물로 소 둘과 수양 다섯과 수염소 다섯과 일년 된 어린 수양 다섯이라 이는 에난의 아들 아히라의 예물이었더라
  and two oxen, five rams, five male goats and five male lambs a year old, to be sacrificed as a fellowship offering. This was the offering of Ahira son of Enan.

84. 이는 곧 단에 기름 바르던 날에 이스라엘 족장들이 드린 바 단의 봉헌 예물이라 은반이 열둘이요 은바리가 열둘이요 금숟가락이 열둘이니
  These were the offerings of the Israelite leaders for the dedication of the altar when it was anointed: twelve silver plates, twelve silver sprinkling bowls and twelve gold dishes.

85. 은반은 각각 일백삼십 세겔 중이요 은바리는 각각 칠십 세겔 중이라 성소의 세겔대로 모든 기명의 은이 도합이 이천사백 세겔이요
  Each silver plate weighed a hundred and thirty shekels, and each sprinkling bowl seventy shekels. Altogether, the silver dishes weighed two thousand four hundred shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel.

86. 또 향을 채운 금숟가락이 열둘이니 성소의 세겔대로 각각 십 세겔 중이라 그 숟가락의 금이 도합이 일백이십 세겔이요
  The twelve gold dishes filled with incense weighed ten shekels each, according to the sanctuary shekel. Altogether, the gold dishes weighed a hundred and twenty shekels.

87. 또 번제물로 수송아지가 열 둘이요 수양이 열 둘이요 일년 된 어린 수양이 열 둘이요 그 소제물이며 속죄제물로 수염소가 열 둘이며
  The total number of animals for the burnt offering came to twelve young bulls, twelve rams and twelve male lambs a year old, together with their grain offering. Twelve male goats were used for the sin offering.

88. 화목제물로 수소가 이십 사요 수양이 육십이요 수염소가 육십이요 일년 된 어린 수양이 육십이라 이는 단에 기름 바른 후에 드린바 단의 봉헌 예물이었더라
  The total number of animals for the sacrifice of the fellowship offering came to twenty-four oxen, sixty rams, sixty male goats and sixty male lambs a year old. These were the offerings for the dedication of the altar after it was anointed.

89. 모세가 회막에 들어가서 여호와께 말씀하려 할 때에 증거궤 위 속죄소 위의 두 그룹 사이에서 자기에게 말씀하시는 목소리를 들었으니 여호와께서 그에게 말씀하심이었더라
  When Moses entered the Tent of Meeting to speak with the LORD, he heard the voice speaking to him from between the two cherubim above the atonement cover on the ark of the Testimony. And he spoke with him.

시편 42-43

1. 하나님이여 사슴이 시냇물을 찾기에 갈급함같이 내 영혼이 주를 찾기에 갈급하니이다
  For the director of music. A maskil of the Sons of Korah. As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God.

2. 내 영혼이 하나님 곧 생존하시는 하나님을 갈망하나니 내가 어느 때에 나아가서 하나님 앞에 뵈올꼬
  My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?

3. 사람들이 종일 나더러 하는 말이 네 하나님이 어디 있느뇨 하니 내 눈물이 주야로 내 음식이 되었도다
  My tears have been my food day and night, while men say to me all day long, "Where is your God?"

4. 내가 전에 성일을 지키는 무리와 동행하여 기쁨과 찬송의 소리를 발하며 저희를 하나님의 집으로 인도하였더니 이제 이 일을 기억하고 내 마음이 상하는도다
  These things I remember as I pour out my soul: how I used to go with the multitude, leading the procession to the house of God, with shouts of joy and thanksgiving among the festive throng.

5. 내 영혼아 네가 어찌하여 낙망하며 어찌하여 내 속에서 불안하여 하는고 너는 하나님을 바라라 그 얼굴의 도우심을 인하여 내가 오히려 찬송하리로다
  Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and

6. 내 하나님이여 내 영혼이 내 속에서 낙망이 되므로 내가 요단 땅과 헤르몬과 미살 산에서 주를 기억하나이다
  my God. My soul is downcast within me; therefore I will remember you from the land of the Jordan, the heights of Hermon--from Mount Mizar.

7. 주의 폭포 소리에 깊은 바다가 서로 부르며 주의 파도와 물결이 나를 엄몰하도소이다
  Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me.

8. 낮에는 여호와께서 그 인자함을 베푸시고 밤에는 그 찬송이 내게 있어 생명의 하나님께 기도하리로다
  By day the LORD directs his love, at night his song is with me--a prayer to the God of my life.

9. 내 반석이신 하나님께 말하기를 어찌하여 나를 잊으셨나이까 내가 어찌하여 원수의 압제로 인하여 슬프게 다니나이까 하리로다
  I say to God my Rock, "Why have you forgotten me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?"

10. 내 뼈를 찌르는 칼같이 내 대적이 나를 비방하여 늘 말하기를 네 하나님이 어디 있느냐 하도다
  My bones suffer mortal agony as my foes taunt me, saying to me all day long, "Where is your God?"

11. 내 영혼아 네가 어찌하여 낙망하며 어찌하여 내 속에서 불안하여 하는고 너는 하나님을 바라라 나는 내 얼굴을 도우시는 내 하나님을 오히려 찬송하리로다
  Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.

1. 하나님이여 나를 판단하시되 경건치 아니한 나라에 향하여 내 송사를 변호하시며 간사하고 불의한 자에게서 나를 건지소서
  Vindicate me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation; rescue me from deceitful and wicked men.

2. 주는 나의 힘이 되신 하나님이시어늘 어찌하여 나를 버리셨나이까 내가 어찌하여 원수의 압제로 인하여 슬프게 다니나이까
  You are God my stronghold. Why have you rejected me? Why must I go about mourning, oppressed by the enemy?

3. 주의 빛과 주의 진리를 보내어 나를 인도하사 주의 성산과 장막에 이르게 하소서
  Send forth your light and your truth, let them guide me; let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place where you dwell.

4. 그런즉 내가 하나님의 단에 나아가 나의 극락의 하나님께 이르리이다 하나님이여 나의 하나님이여 내가 수금으로 주를 찬양하리이다
  Then will I go to the altar of God, to God, my joy and my delight. I will praise you with the harp, O God, my God.

5. 내 영혼아 네가 어찌하여 낙망하며 어찌하여 내 속에서 불안하여 하는고 너는 하나님을 바라라 나는 내 얼굴을 도우시는 내 하나님을 오히려 찬송하리로다
  Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.

아가 5

1. 나의 누이, 나의 신부야 내가 내 동산에 들어와서 나의 몰약과 향 재료를 거두고 나의 꿀송이와 꿀을 먹고 내 포도주와 내 젖을 마셨으니 나의 친구들아 먹으라 나의 사랑하는 사람들아 마시고 많이 마시라
  I have come into my garden, my sister, my bride; I have gathered my myrrh with my spice. I have eaten my honeycomb and my honey; I have drunk my wine and my milk. Eat, O friends, and drink; drink your fill, O lovers.

2. 내가 잘찌라도 마음은 깨었는데 나의 사랑하는 자의 소리가 들리는구나 문을 두드려 이르기를 나의 누이, 나의 사랑, 나의 비둘기, 나의 완전한 자야 문 열어 다고 내 머리에는 이슬이, 내 머리털에는 밤 이슬이 가득하였다 하는구나
  I slept but my heart was awake. Listen! My lover is knocking: "Open to me, my sister, my darling, my dove, my flawless one. My head is drenched with dew, my hair with the dampness of the night."

3. 내가 옷을 벗었으니 어찌 다시 입겠으며 내가 발을 씻었으니 어찌 다시 더럽히랴마는
  I have taken off my robe--must I put it on again? I have washed my feet--must I soil them again?

4. 나의 사랑하는 자가 문틈으로 손을 들이밀매 내 마음이 동하여서
  My lover thrust his hand through the latch-opening; my heart began to pound for him.

5. 일어나서 나의 사랑하는 자 위하여 문을 열 때 몰약이 내 손에서, 몰약의 즙이 내 손가락에서 문빗장에 듣는구나
  I arose to open for my lover, and my hands dripped with myrrh, my fingers with flowing myrrh, on the handles of the lock.

6. 내가 나의 사랑하는 자 위하여 문을 열었으나 그가 벌써 물러갔네 그가 말할 때에 내 혼이 나갔구나 내가 그를 찾아도 못 만났고 불러도 응답이 없었구나
  I opened for my lover, but my lover had left; he was gone. My heart sank at his departure. I looked for him but did not find him. I called him but he did not answer.

7. 성중에서 행순하는 자들이 나를 만나매 나를 쳐서 상하게 하였고 성벽을 파수하는 자들이 나의 웃옷을 벗겨 취하였구나
  The watchmen found me as they made their rounds in the city. They beat me, they bruised me; they took away my cloak, those watchmen of the walls!

8. 예루살렘 여자들아 너희에게 내가 부탁한다 너희가 나의 사랑하는 자를 만나거든 내가 사랑하므로 병이 났다고 하려무나
  O daughters of Jerusalem, I charge you--if you find my lover, what will you tell him? Tell him I am faint with love.

9. 여자 중 극히 어여쁜 자야 너의 사랑하는 자가 남의 사랑하는 자보다 나은 것이 무엇인가 너의 사랑하는 자가 남의 사랑하는 자보다 나은 것이 무엇이기에 이같이 우리에게 부탁하는가
  How is your beloved better than others, most beautiful of women? How is your beloved better than others, that you charge us so?

10. 나의 사랑하는 자는 희고도 붉어 만 사람에 뛰어난다
  My lover is radiant and ruddy, outstanding among ten thousand.

11. 머리는 정금 같고 머리털은 고불고불하고 까마귀같이 검구나
  His head is purest gold; his hair is wavy and black as a raven.

12. 눈은 시냇가의 비둘기 같은데 젖으로 씻은 듯하고 아름답게도 박혔구나
  His eyes are like doves by the water streams, washed in milk, mounted like jewels.

13. 뺨은 향기로운 꽃밭 같고 향기로운 풀언덕과도 같고 입술은 백합화 같고 몰약의 즙이 뚝뚝 떨어진다
  His cheeks are like beds of spice yielding perfume. His lips are like lilies dripping with myrrh.

14. 손은 황옥을 물린 황금 노리개 같고 몸은 아로새긴 상아에 청옥을 입힌 듯하구나
  His arms are rods of gold set with chrysolite. His body is like polished ivory decorated with sapphires.

15. 다리는 정금 받침에 세운 화반석 기둥 같고 형상은 레바논 같고 백향목처럼 보기 좋고
  His legs are pillars of marble set on bases of pure gold. His appearance is like Lebanon, choice as its cedars.

16. 입은 심히 다니 그 전체가 사랑스럽구나 예루살렘 여자들아 이는 나의 사랑하는 자요 나의 친구일다
  His mouth is sweetness itself; he is altogether lovely. This is my lover, this my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.

히브리서 5

1. 대제사장마다 사람 가운데서 취한 자이므로 하나님께 속한 일에 사람을 위하여 예물과 속죄하는 제사를 드리게 하나니
  Every high priest is selected from among men and is appointed to represent them in matters related to God, to offer gifts and sacrifices for sins.

2. 저가 무식하고 미혹한 자를 능히 용납할 수 있는 것은 자기도 연약에 싸여 있음이니라
  He is able to deal gently with those who are ignorant and are going astray, since he himself is subject to weakness.

3. 이러므로 백성을 위하여 속죄제를 드림과 같이 또한 자기를 위하여 드리는 것이 마땅하니라
  This is why he has to offer sacrifices for his own sins, as well as for the sins of the people.

4. 이 존귀는 아무나 스스로 취하지 못하고 오직 아론과 같이 하나님의 부르심을 입은 자라야 할 것이니라
  No one takes this honor upon himself; he must be called by God, just as Aaron was.

5. 또한 이와 같이 그리스도께서 대제사장 되심도 스스로 영광을 취하심이 아니요 오직 말씀하신 이가 저더러 이르시되 너는 내 아들이니 내가 오늘날 너를 낳았다 하셨고
  So Christ also did not take upon himself the glory of becoming a high priest. But God said to him, "You are my Son; today I have become your Father."

6. 또한 이와 같이 다른 데 말씀하시되 네가 영원히 멜기세덱의 반차를 좇는 제사장이라 하셨으니
  And he says in another place, "You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek."

7. 그는 육체에 계실 때에 자기를 죽음에서 능히 구원하실 이에게 심한 통곡과 눈물로 간구와 소원을 올렸고 그의 경외하심을 인하여 들으심을 얻었느니라
  During the days of Jesus' life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.

8. 그가 아들이시라도 받으신 고난으로 순종함을 배워서
  Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered

9. 온전하게 되었은즉 자기를 순종하는 모든 자에게 영원한 구원의 근원이 되시고
  and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him

10. 하나님께 멜기세덱의 반차를 좇은 대제사장이라 칭하심을 받았느니라
  and was designated by God to be high priest in the order of Melchizedek.

11. 멜기세덱에 관하여는 우리가 할 말이 많으나 너희의 듣는 것이 둔하므로 해석하기 어려우니라
  We have much to say about this, but it is hard to explain because you are slow to learn.

12. 때가 오래므로 너희가 마땅히 선생이 될 터인데 너희가 다시 하나님의 말씀의 초보가 무엇인지 누구에게 가르침을 받아야 할 것이니 젖이나 먹고 단단한 식물을 못 먹을 자가 되었도다
  In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God's word all over again. You need milk, not solid food!

13. 대저 젖을 먹는 자마다 어린아이니 의의 말씀을 경험하지 못한 자요
  Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness.

14. 단단한 식물은 장성한 자의 것이니 저희는 지각을 사용하므로 연단을 받아 선악을 분변하는 자들이니라
  But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil.
