민수기 6

1. 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
  The LORD said to Moses,

2. 이스라엘 자손에게 고하여 그들에게 이르라 남자나 여자가 특별한 서원 곧 나실인의 서원을 하고 자기 몸을 구별하여 여호와께 드리거든
  "Speak to the Israelites and say to them: 'If a man or woman wants to make a special vow, a vow of separation to the LORD as a Nazirite,

3. 포도주와 독주를 멀리하며 포도주의 초나 독주의 초를 마시지 말며 포도즙도 마시지 말며 생포도나 건포도도 먹지 말찌니
  he must abstain from wine and other fermented drink and must not drink vinegar made from wine or from other fermented drink. He must not drink grape juice or eat grapes or raisins.

4. 자기 몸을 구별하는 모든 날 동안에는 포도나무 소산은 씨나 껍질이라도 먹지 말찌며
  As long as he is a Nazirite, he must not eat anything that comes from the grapevine, not even the seeds or skins.

5. 그 서원을 하고 구별하는 모든 날 동안은 삭도를 도무지 그 머리에 대지 말 것이라 자기 몸을 구별하여 여호와께 드리는 날이 차기까지 그는 거룩한즉 그 머리털을 길게 자라게 할 것이며
  "'During the entire period of his vow of separation no razor may be used on his head. He must be holy until the period of his separation to the LORD is over; he must let the hair of his head grow long.

6. 자기 몸을 구별하여 여호와께 드리는 모든 날 동안은 시체를 가까이 하지 말 것이요
  Throughout the period of his separation to the LORD he must not go near a dead body.

7. 그 부모 형제 자매가 죽은 때에라도 그로 인하여 몸을 더럽히지 말 것이니 이는 자기 몸을 구별하여 하나님께 드리는 표가 그 머리에 있음이라
  Even if his own father or mother or brother or sister dies, he must not make himself ceremonially unclean on account of them, because the symbol of his separation to God is on his head.

8. 자기 몸을 구별하는 모든 날 동안 그는 여호와께 거룩한 자니라
  Throughout the period of his separation he is consecrated to the LORD.

9. 누가 홀연히 그 곁에서 죽어서 스스로 구별한 자의 머리를 더럽히거든 그 몸을 정결케 하는 날에 머리를 밀 것이니 곧 제 칠 일에 밀 것이며
  "'If someone dies suddenly in his presence, thus defiling the hair he has dedicated, he must shave his head on the day of his cleansing--the seventh day.

10. 제 팔 일에 산비둘기 두 마리나 집비둘기 새끼 두 마리를 가지고 회막문에 와서 제사장에게 줄 것이요
  Then on the eighth day he must bring two doves or two young pigeons to the priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.

11. 제사장은 그 하나를 속죄제물로, 하나를 번제물로 드려서 그의 시체로 인하여 얻은 죄를 속하고 또 그는 당일에 그의 머리를 성결케 할 것이며
  The priest is to offer one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering to make atonement for him because he sinned by being in the presence of the dead body. That same day he is to consecrate his head.

12. 자기 몸을 구별하여 여호와께 드릴 날을 새로 정하고 일년 된 수양을 가져다가 속건제로 드릴찌니라 자기 몸을 구별한 때에 그 몸을 더럽혔은즉 지나간 날은 무효니라
  He must dedicate himself to the LORD for the period of his separation and must bring a year-old male lamb as a guilt offering. The previous days do not count, because he became defiled during his separation.

13. 나실인의 법은 이러하니라 자기 몸을 구별한 날이 차면 그 사람을 회막문으로 데리고 갈 것이요
  "'Now this is the law for the Nazirite when the period of his separation is over. He is to be brought to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.

14. 그는 여호와께 예물을 드리되 번제물로 일년 된 흠 없는 수양 하나와 속죄 제물로 일년 된 흠 없는 어린 암양 하나와 화목제물로 흠 없는 수양 하나와
  There he is to present his offerings to the LORD: a year-old male lamb without defect for a burnt offering, a year-old ewe lamb without defect for a sin offering, a ram without defect for a fellowship offering,

15. 무교병 한 광주리와 고운 가루에 기름 섞은 과자들과 기름 바른 무교전병들과 그 소제물과 전제물을 드릴 것이요
  together with their grain offerings and drink offerings, and a basket of bread made without yeast--cakes made of fine flour mixed with oil, and wafers spread with oil.

16. 제사장은 그것들을 여호와 앞에 가져다가 속죄제와 번제를 드리고
  "'The priest is to present them before the LORD and make the sin offering and the burnt offering.

17. 화목제물로 수양에 무교병 한 광주리를 아울러 여호와께 드리고 그 소제와 전제를 드릴 것이요
  He is to present the basket of unleavened bread and is to sacrifice the ram as a fellowship offering to the LORD, together with its grain offering and drink offering.

18. 자기 몸을 구별한 나실인은 회막 문에서 그 머리털을 밀고 그것을 화목제물 밑에 있는 불에 둘찌며
  "'Then at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, the Nazirite must shave off the hair that he dedicated. He is to take the hair and put it in the fire that is under the sacrifice of the fellowship offering.

19. 자기 몸을 구별한 나실인이 그 머리 털을 민 후에 제사장이 삶은 수양의 어깨와 광주리 가운데 무교병 하나와 무교전병 하나를 취하여 나실인의 두 손에 두고
  "'After the Nazirite has shaved off the hair of his dedication, the priest is to place in his hands a boiled shoulder of the ram, and a cake and a wafer from the basket, both made without yeast.

20. 여호와 앞에 요제로 흔들 것이며 그것과 흔든 가슴과 든 넓적다리는 성물이라 다 제사장에게 돌릴 것이니라 그 후에는 나실인이 포도주를 마실 수 있느니라
  The priest shall then wave them before the LORD as a wave offering; they are holy and belong to the priest, together with the breast that was waved and the thigh that was presented. After that, the Nazirite may drink wine.

21. 이는 곧 서원한 나실인이 자기 몸을 구별한 일로 인하여 여호와께 예물을 드림과 행할 법이며 이 외에도 힘이 미치는 대로 하려니와 그 서원한 대로 자기 몸을 구별하는 법을 따라 할 것이니라
  "'This is the law of the Nazirite who vows his offering to the LORD in accordance with his separation, in addition to whatever else he can afford. He must fulfill the vow he has made, according to the law of the Nazirite.'"

22. 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
  The LORD said to Moses,

23. 아론과 그 아들들에게 고하여 이르기를 너희는 이스라엘 자손을 위하여 이렇게 축복하여 이르되
  "Tell Aaron and his sons, 'This is how you are to bless the Israelites. Say to them:

24. 여호와는 네게 복을 주시고 너를 지키시기를 원하며
  "' "The LORD bless you and keep you;

25. 여호와는 그 얼굴로 네게 비취사 은혜 베푸시기를 원하며
  the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you;

26. 여호와는 그 얼굴을 네게로 향하여 드사 평강 주시기를 원하노라 할찌니라 하라
  the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace." '

27. 그들은 이같이 내 이름으로 이스라엘 자손에게 축복할찌니 내가 그들에게 복을 주리라
  "So they will put my name on the Israelites, and I will bless them."

시편 40-41

1. 내가 여호와를 기다리고 기다렸더니 귀를 기울이사 나의 부르짖음을 들으셨도다
  For the director of music. Of David. A psalm. I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry.

2. 나를 기가 막힐 웅덩이와 수렁에서 끌어올리시고 내 발을 반석 위에 두사 내 걸음을 견고케 하셨도다
  He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.

3. 새 노래 곧 우리 하나님께 올릴 찬송을 내 입에 두셨으니 많은 사람이 보고 두려워하여 여호와를 의지하리로다
  He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD.

4. 여호와를 의지하고 교만한 자와 거짓에 치우치는 자를 돌아보지 아니하는 자는 복이 있도다
  Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.

5. 여호와 나의 하나님이여 주의 행하신 기적이 많고 우리를 향하신 주의 생각도 많도소이다 내가 들어 말하고자 하나 주의 앞에 베풀 수도 없고 그 수를 셀 수도 없나이다
  Many, O LORD my God, are the wonders you have done. The things you planned for us no one can recount to you; were I to speak and tell of them, they would be too many to declare.

6. 주께서 나의 귀를 통하여 들리시기를 제사와 예물을 기뻐 아니하시며 번제와 속죄제를 요구치 아니하신다 하신지라
  Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but my ears you have pierced; burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not require.

7. 그 때에 내가 말하기를 내가 왔나이다 나를 가리켜 기록한 것이 두루마리 책에 있나이다
  Then I said, "Here I am, I have come--it is written about me in the scroll.

8. 나의 하나님이여 내가 주의 뜻 행하기를 즐기오니 주의 법이 나의 심중에 있나이다 하였나이다
  I desire to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart."

9. 내가 대회 중에서 의의 기쁜 소식을 전하였나이다 여호와여 내가 내 입술을 닫지 아니할 줄을 주께서 아시나이다
  I proclaim righteousness in the great assembly; I do not seal my lips, as you know, O LORD.

10. 내가 주의 의를 내 심중에 숨기지 아니하고 주의 성실과 구원을 선포하였으며 내가 주의 인자와 진리를 대회 중에서 은휘치 아니하였나이다
  I do not hide your righteousness in my heart; I speak of your faithfulness and salvation. I do not conceal your love and your truth from the great assembly.

11. 여호와여 주의 긍휼을 내게 그치지 마시고 주의 인자와 진리로 나를 항상 보호하소서
  Do not withhold your mercy from me, O LORD; may your love and your truth always protect me.

12. 무수한 재앙이 나를 둘러싸고 나의 죄악이 내게 미치므로 우러러 볼 수도 없으며 죄가 나의 머리털보다 많으므로 내 마음이 사라졌음이니이다
  For troubles without number surround me; my sins have overtaken me, and I cannot see. They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart fails within me.

13. 여호와여 은총을 베푸사 나를 구원하소서 여호와여 속히 나를 도우소서
  Be pleased, O LORD, to save me; O LORD, come quickly to help me.

14. 나의 영혼을 찾아 멸하려 하는 자로 다 수치와 낭패를 당케 하시며 나의 해를 기뻐하는 자로 다 물러가 욕을 당케 하소서
  May all who seek to take my life be put to shame and confusion; may all who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace.

15. 나를 향하여 하하 하는 자로 자기 수치를 인하여 놀라게 하소서
  May those who say to me, "Aha! Aha!" be appalled at their own shame.

16. 무릇 주를 찾는 자는 다 주로 즐거워하고 기뻐하게 하시며 주의 구원을 사랑하는 자는 항상 말하기를 여호와는 광대하시다 하게 하소서
  But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who love your salvation always say, "The LORD be exalted!"

17. 나는 가난하고 궁핍하오나 주께서는 나를 생각하시오니 주는 나의 도움이시요 건지시는 자시라 나의 하나님이여 지체하지 마소서
  Yet I am poor and needy; may the Lord think of me. You are my help and my deliverer; O my God, do not delay.

1. 빈약한 자를 권고하는 자가 복이 있음이여 재앙의 날에 여호와께서 저를 건지시리로다
  For the director of music. A psalm of David. Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the LORD delivers him in times of trouble.

2. 여호와께서 저를 보호하사 살게 하시리니 저가 세상에서 복을 받을 것이라 주여 저를 그 원수의 뜻에 맡기지 마소서
  The LORD will protect him and preserve his life; he will bless him in the land and not surrender him to the desire of his foes.

3. 여호와께서 쇠약한 병상에서 저를 붙드시고 저의 병중 그 자리를 다 고쳐 펴시나이다
  The LORD will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness.

4. 내가 말하기를 여호와여 나를 긍휼히 여기소서 내가 주께 범죄하였사오니 내 영혼을 고치소서 하였나이다
  I said, "O LORD, have mercy on me; heal me, for I have sinned against you."

5. 나의 원수가 내게 대하여 악담하기를 저가 어느 때에나 죽고 그 이름이 언제나 멸망할꼬 하며
  My enemies say of me in malice, "When will he die and his name perish?"

6. 나를 보러 와서는 거짓을 말하고 그 중심에 간악을 쌓았다가 나가서는 이를 광포하오며
  Whenever one comes to see me, he speaks falsely, while his heart gathers slander; then he goes out and spreads it abroad.

7. 나를 미워하는 자가 다 내게 대하여 수군거리고 나를 해하려고 꾀하며
  All my enemies whisper together against me; they imagine the worst for me, saying,

8. 이르기를 악한 병이 저에게 들었으니 이제 저가 눕고 다시 일지 못하리라 하오며
  "A vile disease has beset him; he will never get up from the place where he lies."

9. 나의 신뢰하는 바 내 떡을 먹던 나의 가까운 친구도 나를 대적하여 그 발꿈치를 들었나이다
  Even my close friend, whom I trusted, he who shared my bread, has lifted up his heel against me.

10. 그러하오나 주 여호와여 나를 긍휼히 여기시고 일으키사 나로 저희에게 보복하게 하소서
  But you, O LORD, have mercy on me; raise me up, that I may repay them.

11. 나의 원수가 승리치 못하므로 주께서 나를 기뻐하시는 줄을 내가 아나이다
  I know that you are pleased with me, for my enemy does not triumph over me.

12. 주께서 나를 나의 완전한 중에 붙드시고 영영히 주의 앞에 세우시나이다
  In my integrity you uphold me and set me in your presence forever.

13. 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님을 영원부터 영원까지 찬송할찌로다 아멘 아멘
  Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.

아가 4

1. 내 사랑 너는 어여쁘고도 어여쁘다 너울 속에 있는 네 눈이 비둘기 같고 네 머리털은 길르앗 산 기슭에 누운 무리 염소 같구나
  How beautiful you are, my darling! Oh, how beautiful! Your eyes behind your veil are doves. Your hair is like a flock of goats descending from Mount Gilead.

2. 네 이는 목욕장에서 나온 털 깎인 암양 곧 새끼 없는 것은 하나도 없이 각각 쌍태를 낳은 양 같구나
  Your teeth are like a flock of sheep just shorn, coming up from the washing. Each has its twin; not one of them is alone.

3. 네 입술은 홍색실 같고 네 입은 어여쁘고 너울 속의 네 뺨은 석류 한 쪽 같구나
  Your lips are like a scarlet ribbon; your mouth is lovely. Your temples behind your veil are like the halves of a pomegranate.

4. 네 목은 군기를 두려고 건축한 다윗의 망대 곧 일천 방패, 용사의 모든 방패가 달린 망대 같고
  Your neck is like the tower of David, built with elegance; on it hang a thousand shields, all of them shields of warriors.

5. 네 두 유방은 백합화 가운데서 꼴을 먹는 쌍태 노루 새끼 같구나
  Your two breasts are like two fawns, like twin fawns of a gazelle that browse among the lilies.

6. 날이 기울고 그림자가 갈 때에 내가 몰약산과 유향의 작은 산으로 가리라
  Until the day breaks and the shadows flee, I will go to the mountain of myrrh and to the hill of incense.

7. 나의 사랑 너는 순전히 어여뻐서 아무 흠이 없구나
  All beautiful you are, my darling; there is no flaw in you.

8. 나의 신부야 너는 레바논에서부터 나와 함께 하고 레바논에서부터 나와 함께 가자 아마나와 스닐과 헤르몬 꼭대기에서 사자 굴과 표범 산에서 내려다보아라
  Come with me from Lebanon, my bride, come with me from Lebanon. Descend from the crest of Amana, from the top of Senir, the summit of Hermon, from the lions' dens and the mountain haunts of the leopards.

9. 나의 누이, 나의 신부야 네가 내 마음을 빼앗았구나 네 눈으로 한 번 보는 것과 네 목의 구슬 한 꿰미로 내 마음을 빼앗았구나
  You have stolen my heart, my sister, my bride; you have stolen my heart with one glance of your eyes, with one jewel of your necklace.

10. 나의 누이 나의 신부야 네 사랑이 어찌 그리 아름다운지 네 사랑은 포도주에 지나고 네 기름의 향기는 각양 향품보다 승하구나
  How delightful is your love, my sister, my bride! How much more pleasing is your love than wine, and the fragrance of your perfume than any spice!

11. 내 신부야 네 입술에서는 꿀 방울이 떨어지고 네 혀 밑에는 꿀과 젖이 있고 네 의복의 향기는 레바논의 향기 같구나
  Your lips drop sweetness as the honeycomb, my bride; milk and honey are under your tongue. The fragrance of your garments is like that of Lebanon.

12. 나의 누이, 나의 신부는 잠근 동산이요 덮은 우물이요 봉한 샘이로구나
  You are a garden locked up, my sister, my bride; you are a spring enclosed, a sealed fountain.

13. 네게서 나는 것은 석류나무와 각종 아름다운 과수와 고벨화와 나도초와
  Your plants are an orchard of pomegranates with choice fruits, with henna and nard,

14. 나도와 번홍화와 창포와 계수와 각종 유향목과 몰약과 침향과 모든 귀한 향품이요
  nard and saffron, calamus and cinnamon, with every kind of incense tree, with myrrh and aloes and all the finest spices.

15. 너는 동산의 샘이요 생수의 우물이요 레바논에서부터 흐르는 시내로구나
  You are a garden fountain, a well of flowing water streaming down from Lebanon.

16. 북풍아 일어나라 남풍아 오라 나의 동산에 불어서 향기를 날리라 나의 사랑하는 자가 그 동산에 들어가서 그 아름다운 실과 먹기를 원하노라
  Awake, north wind, and come, south wind! Blow on my garden, that its fragrance may spread abroad. Let my lover come into his garden and taste its choice fruits.

히브리서 4

1. 그러므로 우리는 두려워할지니 그의 안식에 들어갈 약속이 남아 있을지라도 너희 중에 혹 미치지 못할 자가 있을까 함이라
  Therefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.

2. 저희와 같이 우리도 복음 전함을 받은 자이나 그러나 그 들은 바 말씀이 저희에게 유익되지 못한 것은 듣는 자가 믿음을 화합지 아니함이라
  For we also have had the gospel preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith.

3. 이미 믿는 우리들은 저 안식에 들어가는도다 그 말씀하신 바와 같으니 내가 노하여 맹세한 바와 같이 저희가 내 안식에 들어오지 못하리라 하셨다 하였으나 세상을 창조할 때부터 그 일이 이루었느니라
  Now we who have believed enter that rest, just as God has said, "So I declared on oath in my anger, 'They shall never enter my rest.'" And yet his work has been finished since the creation of the world.

4. 제 칠 일에 관하여는 어디 이렇게 일렀으되 하나님은 제 칠 일에 그의 모든 일을 쉬셨다 하였으며
  For somewhere he has spoken about the seventh day in these words: "And on the seventh day God rested from all his work."

5. 또다시 거기 저희가 내 안식에 들어오지 못하리라 하였으니
  And again in the passage above he says, "They shall never enter my rest."

6. 그러면 거기 들어갈 자들이 남아 있거니와 복음 전함을 먼저 받은 자들은 순종치 아니함을 인하여 들어가지 못하였으므로
  It still remains that some will enter that rest, and those who formerly had the gospel preached to them did not go in, because of their disobedience.

7. 오랜 후에 다윗의 글에 다시 어느 날을 정하여 오늘날이라고 미리 이같이 일렀으되 오늘날 너희가 그의 음성을 듣거든 너희 마음을 강퍅케 말라 하였나니
  Therefore God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later he spoke through David, as was said before: "Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts."

8. 만일 여호수아가 저희에게 안식을 주었더면 그 후에 다른 날을 말씀하지 아니하셨으리라
  For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken later about another day.

9. 그런즉 안식할 때가 하나님의 백성에게 남아 있도다
  There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God;

10. 이미 그의 안식에 들어간 자는 하나님이 자기 일을 쉬심과 같이 자기 일을 쉬느니라
  for anyone who enters God's rest also rests from his own work, just as God did from his.

11. 그러므로 우리가 저 안식에 들어가기를 힘쓸지니 이는 누구든지 저 순종치 아니하는 본에 빠지지 않게 하려 함이라
  Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience.

12. 하나님의 말씀은 살았고 운동력이 있어 좌우에 날선 어떤 검보다도 예리하여 혼과 영과 및 관절과 골수를 찔러 쪼개기까지 하며 또 마음의 생각과 뜻을 감찰하나니
  For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

13. 지으신 것이 하나라도 그 앞에 나타나지 않음이 없고 오직 만물이 우리를 상관하시는 자의 눈 앞에 벌거벗은 것같이 드러나느니라
  Nothing in all creation is hidden from God's sight Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

14. 그러므로 우리에게 큰 대제사장이 있으니 승천하신 자 곧 하나님 아들 예수시라 우리가 믿는 도리를 굳게 잡을찌어다
  Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.

15. 우리에게 있는 대제사장은 우리 연약함을 체휼하지 아니하는 자가 아니요 모든 일에 우리와 한결같이 시험을 받은 자로되 죄는 없으시니라
  For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet was without sin.

16. 그러므로 우리가 긍휼하심을 받고 때를 따라 돕는 은혜를 얻기 위하여 은혜의 보좌 앞에 담대히 나아갈 것이니라
  Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
