열왕기하 9

1. 선지자 엘리사가 선지자의 생도 중 하나를 불러 이르되 너는 허리를 동이고 이 기름병을 손에 가지고 길르앗 라못으로 가라
  The prophet Elisha summoned a man from the company of the prophets and said to him, "Tuck your cloak into your belt, take this flask of oil with you and go to Ramoth Gilead.

2. 거기 이르거든 님시의 손자 여호사밧의 아들 예후를 찾아 들어가서 그 형제 중에서 일어나게 하고 데리고 골방으로 들어가서
  When you get there, look for Jehu son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi. Go to him, get him away from his companions and take him into an inner room.

3. 기름병을 가지고 그 머리에 부으며 이르기를 여호와의 말씀이 내가 네게 기름을 부어 이스라엘 왕을 삼노라 하셨느니라 하고 곧 문을 열고 도망하되 지체치 말찌니라
  Then take the flask and pour the oil on his head and declare, 'This is what the LORD says: I anoint you king over Israel.' Then open the door and run; don't delay!"

4. 그 소년 곧 소년 선지자가 드디어 길르앗 라못으로 가니라
  So the young man, the prophet, went to Ramoth Gilead.

5. 저가 이르러 보니 군대 장관들이 앉았는지라 소년이 가로되 장관이여 내가 당신에게 할 말씀이 있나이다 예후가 가로되 우리 모든 사람 중에 뉘게 하려느냐 가로되 장관이여 당신에게니이다
  When he arrived, he found the army officers sitting together. "I have a message for you, commander," he said. "For which of us?" asked Jehu. "For you, commander," he replied.

6. 예후가 일어나 집으로 들어가니 소년이 그 머리에 기름을 부으며 이르되 이스라엘 하나님 여호와의 말씀이 내가 네게 기름을 부어 여호와의 백성 곧 이스라엘의 왕을 삼노니
  Jehu got up and went into the house. Then the prophet poured the oil on Jehu's head and declared, "This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: 'I anoint you king over the LORD'S people Israel.

7. 너는 네 주 아합의 집을 치라 내가 나의 종 곧 선지자들의 피와 여호와의 종들의 피를 이세벨에게 갚아 주리라
  You are to destroy the house of Ahab your master, and I will avenge the blood of my servants the prophets and the blood of all the LORD'S servants shed by Jezebel.

8. 아합의 온 집이 멸망하리니 이스라엘 중에 매인 자나 놓인 자나 아합에게 속한 모든 남자는 내가 다 멸절하되
  The whole house of Ahab will perish. I will cut off from Ahab every last male in Israel--slave or free.

9. 아합의 집을 느밧의 아들 여로보암의 집과 같게 하며 또 아히야의 아들 바아사의 집과 같게 할찌라
  I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat and like the house of Baasha son of Ahijah.

10. 이스르엘 지방에서 개들이 이세벨을 먹으리니 저를 장사할 사람이 없으리라 하셨느니라 하고 곧 문을 열고 도망하니라
  As for Jezebel, dogs will devour her on the plot of ground at Jezreel, and no one will bury her.'" Then he opened the door and ran.

11. 예후가 나와서 그 주의 신복들에게 이르니 한 사람이 묻되 평안이뇨 그 미친 자가 무슨 까닭으로 그대에게 왔더뇨 대답하되 그대들이 그 사람과 그 말한 것을 알리라
  When Jehu went out to his fellow officers, one of them asked him, "Is everything all right? Why did this madman come to you?" "You know the man and the sort of things he says," Jehu replied.

12. 무리가 가로되 당치 않은 말이라 그대는 우리에게 이르라 대답하되 저가 이리이리 내게 말하여 이르기를 여호와의 말씀이 내가 네게 기름을 부어 이스라엘 왕을 삼는다 하셨다 하더라
  "That's not true!" they said. "Tell us." Jehu said, "Here is what he told me: 'This is what the LORD says: I anoint you king over Israel.'"

13. 무리가 각각 자기의 옷을 급히 취하여 섬돌 위 곧 예후의 밑에 깔고 나팔을 불며 가로되 예후는 왕이라 하니라
  They hurried and took their cloaks and spread them under him on the bare steps. Then they blew the trumpet and shouted, "Jehu is king!"

14. 이에 님시의 손자 여호사밧의 아들 예후가 요람을 배반하였으니 곧 요람이 온 이스라엘로 더불어 아람 왕 하사엘을 인하여 길르앗 라못을 지키다가
  So Jehu son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi, conspired against Joram. (Now Joram and all Israel had been defending Ramoth Gilead against Hazael king of Aram,

15. 아람 왕 하사엘로 더불어 싸울 때에 아람 사람에게 상한 것을 치료하려 하여 이스르엘로 돌아왔던 때라 예후가 이르되 너희 뜻에 합당하거든 한 사람이라도 이 성에서 도망하여 이스르엘에 전하러 가지 못하게 하라 하니라
  but King Joram had returned to Jezreel to recover from the wounds the Arameans had inflicted on him in the battle with Hazael king of Aram.) Jehu said, "If this is the way you feel, don't let anyone slip out of the city to go and tell the news in Jezreel."

16. 예후가 병거를 타고 이스르엘로 가니 요람이 거기 누웠음이라 유다 왕 아하시야는 요람을 보러 내려왔더라
  Then he got into his chariot and rode to Jezreel, because Joram was resting there and Ahaziah king of Judah had gone down to see him.

17. 이스르엘 망대에 파숫군 하나가 섰더니 예후의 무리의 오는 것을 보고 가로되 내가 한 무리를 보나이다 요람이 가로되 한 사람을 말을 태워 보내어 맞아 평안이냐 묻게 하라
  When the lookout standing on the tower in Jezreel saw Jehu's troops approaching, he called out, "I see some troops coming." "Get a horseman," Joram ordered. "Send him to meet them and ask, 'Do you come in peace?'"

18. 한 사람이 말을 타고 가서 만나 가로되 왕의 말씀이 평안이냐 하시더이다 하매 예후가 가로되 평안이 네게 상관이 있느냐 내 뒤로 돌이키라 하니라 파숫군이 고하여 가로되 사자가 저희에게 갔으나 돌아오지 아니하나이다 하는지라
  The horseman rode off to meet Jehu and said, "This is what the king says: 'Do you come in peace?'" "What do you have to do with peace?" Jehu replied. "Fall in behind me." The lookout reported, "The messenger has reached them, but he isn't coming back."

19. 다시 한 사람을 말을 태워 보내었더니 저희에게 가서 가로되 왕의 말씀이 평안이냐 하시더이다 하매 예후가 가로되 평안이 네게 상관이 있느냐 내 뒤로 돌이키라 하니라
  So the king sent out a second horseman. When he came to them he said, "This is what the king says: 'Do you come in peace?'" Jehu replied, "What do you have to do with peace? Fall in behind me."

20. 파숫군이 또 고하여 가로되 저도 저희에게까지 갔으나 돌아오지 아니하고 그 병거 모는 것이 님시의 손자 예후의 모는 것 같이 미치게 모나이다
  The lookout reported, "He has reached them, but he isn't coming back either. The driving is like that of Jehu son of Nimshi--he drives like a madman."

21. 요람이 가로되 메우라 하매 그 병거를 메운지라 이스라엘 왕 요람과 유다 왕 아하시야가 각각 그 병거를 타고 가서 예후를 맞을쌔 이스르엘 사람 나봇의 토지에서 만나매
  "Hitch up my chariot," Joram ordered. And when it was hitched up, Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah rode out, each in his own chariot, to meet Jehu. They met him at the plot of ground that had belonged to Naboth the Jezreelite.

22. 요람이 예후를 보고 가로되 예후야 평안이냐 대답하되 네 어미 이세벨의 음행과 술수가 이렇게 많으니 어찌 평안이 있으랴
  When Joram saw Jehu he asked, "Have you come in peace, Jehu?" "How can there be peace," Jehu replied, "as long as all the idolatry and witchcraft of your mother Jezebel abound?"

23. 요람이 곧 손을 돌이켜 도망하며 아하시야에게 이르되 아하시야여 반역이로다
  Joram turned about and fled, calling out to Ahaziah, "Treachery, Ahaziah!"

24. 예후가 힘을 다하여 활을 당기어 요람의 두 팔 사이를 쏘니 살이 그 염통을 꿰뚫고 나오매 저가 병거 가운데 엎드러진지라
  Then Jehu drew his bow and shot Joram between the shoulders. The arrow pierced his heart and he slumped down in his chariot.

25. 예후가 그 장관 빗갈에게 이르되 그 시체를 취하여 이스르엘 사람 나봇의 밭에 던지라 네가 기억하려니와 이전에 너와 내가 함께 타고 그 아비 아합을 좇았을 때에 여호와께서 이 아래같이 저의 일을 예언하셨느니라
  Jehu said to Bidkar, his chariot officer, "Pick him up and throw him on the field that belonged to Naboth the Jezreelite. Remember how you and I were riding together in chariots behind Ahab his father when the LORD made this prophecy about him:

26. 여호와께서 말씀하시기를 내가 어젯날에 나봇의 피와 그 아들들의 피를 분명히 보았노라 또 말씀하시기를 이 토지에서 네게 갚으리라 하셨으니 그런즉 여호와의 말씀대로 그 시체를 취하여 이 밭에 던질찌니라
  'Yesterday I saw the blood of Naboth and the blood of his sons, declares the LORD, and I will surely make you pay for it on this plot of ground, declares the LORD.' Now then, pick him up and throw him on that plot, in accordance with the word of the LORD."

27. 유다 왕 아하시야가 이를 보고 동산 정자 길로 도망하니 예후가 쫓아가며 이르되 저도 병거 가운데서 죽이라 하매 이블르암 가까운 구르 비탈에서 치니 저가 므깃도까지 도망하여 거기서 죽은지라
  When Ahaziah king of Judah saw what had happened, he fled up the road to Beth Haggan. Jehu chased him, shouting, "Kill him too!" They wounded him in his chariot on the way up to Gur near Ibleam, but he escaped to Megiddo and died there.

28. 그 신복들이 저를 병거에 싣고 예루살렘에 이르러 다윗 성에서 그 열조와 함께 그 묘실에 장사하니라
  His servants took him by chariot to Jerusalem and buried him with his fathers in his tomb in the City of David.

29. 아합의 아들 요람의 십일년에 아하시야가 유다 왕이 되었었더라
  (In the eleventh year of Joram son of Ahab, Ahaziah had become king of Judah.)

30. 예후가 이스르엘에 이르니 이세벨이 듣고 눈을 그리고 머리를 꾸미고 창에서 바라보다가
  Then Jehu went to Jezreel. When Jezebel heard about it, she painted her eyes, arranged her hair and looked out of a window.

31. 예후가 문에 들어오매 가로되 주인을 죽인 너 시므리여 평안하냐
  As Jehu entered the gate, she asked, "Have you come in peace, Zimri, you murderer of your master?"

32. 예후가 얼굴을 들어 창을 향하고 가로되 내 편이 될 자가 누구냐 누구냐 하니 두어 내시가 예후를 내다보는지라
  He looked up at the window and called out, "Who is on my side? Who?" Two or three eunuchs looked down at him.

33. 가로되 저를 내려 던지라 하니 내려 던지매 그 피가 담과 말에게 뛰더라 예후가 그 시체를 밟으니라
  "Throw her down!" Jehu said. So they threw her down, and some of her blood spattered the wall and the horses as they trampled her underfoot.

34. 예후가 들어가서 먹고 마시고 가로되 가서 이 저주받은 계집을 찾아 장사하라 저는 왕의 딸이니라 하매
  Jehu went in and ate and drank. "Take care of that cursed woman," he said, "and bury her, for she was a king's daughter."

35. 가서 장사하려 한즉 그 두골과 발과 손바닥 외에는 찾지 못한지라
  But when they went out to bury her, they found nothing except her skull, her feet and her hands.

36. 돌아와서 고한대 예후가 가로되 이는 여호와께서 그 종 디셉 사람 엘리야로 말씀하신바라 이르시기를 이스르엘 토지에서 개들이 이세벨의 고기를 먹을찌라
  They went back and told Jehu, who said, "This is the word of the LORD that he spoke through his servant Elijah the Tishbite: On the plot of ground at Jezreel dogs will devour Jezebel's flesh.

37. 그 시체가 이스르엘 토지에서 거름같이 밭 면에 있으리니 이것이 이세벨이라고 가리켜 말하지 못하게 되리라 하셨느니라
  Jezebel's body will be like refuse on the ground in the plot at Jezreel, so that no one will be able to say, 'This is Jezebel.'"

디모데전서 6

1. 무릇 멍에 아래 있는 종들은 자기 상전들을 범사에 마땅히 공경할 자로 알찌니 이는 하나님의 이름과 교훈으로 훼방을 받지 않게 하려 함이라
  All who are under the yoke of slavery should consider their masters worthy of full respect, so that God's name and our teaching may not be slandered.

2. 믿는 상전이 있는 자들은 그 상전을 형제라고 경히 여기지 말고 더 잘 섬기게 하라 이는 유익을 받는 자들이 믿는 자요 사랑을 받는 자임이니라 너는 이것들을 가르치고 권하라
  Those who have believing masters are not to show less respect for them because they are brothers. Instead, they are to serve them even better, because those who benefit from their service are believers, and dear to them. These are the things you are to teach and urge on them.

3. 누구든지 다른 교훈을 하며 바른 말 곧 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 말씀과 경건에 관한 교훈에 착념치 아니하면
  If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching,

4. 저는 교만하여 아무것도 알지 못하고 변론과 언쟁을 좋아하는 자니 이로써 투기와 분쟁과 훼방과 악한 생각이 나며
  he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions

5. 마음이 부패하여지고 진리를 잃어버려 경건을 이익의 재료로 생각하는 자들의 다툼이 일어나느니라
  and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain.

6. 그러나 지족하는 마음이 있으면 경건이 큰 이익이 되느니라
  But godliness with contentment is great gain.

7. 우리가 세상에 아무것도 가지고 온 것이 없으매 또한 아무것도 가지고 가지 못하리니
  For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.

8. 우리가 먹을 것과 입을 것이 있은즉 족한 줄로 알 것이니라
  But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.

9. 부하려 하는 자들은 시험과 올무와 여러 가지 어리석고 해로운 정욕에 떨어지나니 곧 사람으로 침륜과 멸망에 빠지게 하는 것이라
  People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction.

10. 돈을 사랑함이 일만 악의 뿌리가 되나니 이것을 사모하는 자들이 미혹을 받아 믿음에서 떠나 많은 근심으로써 자기를 찔렀도다
  For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

11. 오직 너 하나님의 사람아 이것들을 피하고 의와 경건과 믿음과 사랑과 인내와 온유를 좇으며
  But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

12. 믿음의 선한 싸움을 싸우라 영생을 취하라 이를 위하여 네가 부르심을 입었고 많은 증인 앞에서 선한 증거를 증거하였도다
  Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

13. 만물을 살게 하신 하나님 앞과 본디오 빌라도를 향하여 선한 증거로 증거하신 그리스도 예수 앞에서 내가 너를 명하노니
  In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you

14. 우리 주 예수 그리스도 나타나실 때까지 점도 없고 책망받을 것도 없이 이 명령을 지키라
  to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,

15. 기약이 이르면 하나님이 그의 나타나심을 보이시리니 하나님은 복되시고 홀로 한 분이신 능하신 자이며 만왕의 왕이시며 만주의 주시요
  which God will bring about in his own time--God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords,

16. 오직 그에게만 죽지 아니함이 있고 가까이 가지 못할 빛에 거하시고 아무 사람도 보지 못하였고 또 볼 수 없는 자시니 그에게 존귀와 영원한 능력을 돌릴찌어다 아멘
  who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen.

17. 네가 이 세대에 부한 자들을 명하여 마음을 높이지 말고 정함이 없는 재물에 소망을 두지 말고 오직 우리에게 모든 것을 후히 주사 누리게 하시는 하나님께 두며
  Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.

18. 선한 일을 행하고 선한 사업에 부하고 나눠 주기를 좋아하며 동정하는 자가 되게 하라
  Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.

19. 이것이 장래에 자기를 위하여 좋은 터를 쌓아 참된 생명을 취하는 것이니라
  In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life.

20. 디모데야 네게 부탁한 것을 지키고 거짓되이 일컫는 지식의 망령되고 허한 말과 변론을 피하라
  Timothy, guard what has been entrusted to your care. Turn away from godless chatter and the opposing ideas of what is falsely called knowledge,

21. 이것을 좇는 사람들이 있어 믿음에서 벗어났느니라 은혜가 너희와 함께 있을찌어다
  which some have professed and in so doing have wandered from the faith. Grace be with you.

호세아 1

1. 웃시야와 요담과 아하스와 히스기야가 이어 유다 왕이 된 시대 곧 요아스의 아들 여로보암이 이스라엘 왕이 된 시대에 브에리의 아들 호세아에게 임한 여호와의 말씀이라
  The word of the LORD that came to Hosea son of Beeri during the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and during the reign of Jeroboam son of Jehoash king of Israel:

2. 여호와께서 비로소 호세아로 말씀하시니라 여호와께서 호세아에게 이르시되 너는 가서 음란한 아내를 취하여 음란한 자식들을 낳으라 이 나라가 여호와를 떠나 크게 행음함이니라
  When the LORD began to speak through Hosea, the LORD said to him, "Go, take to yourself an adulterous wife and children of unfaithfulness, because the land is guilty of the vilest adultery in departing from the LORD."

3. 이에 저가 가서 디블라임의 딸 고멜을 취하였더니 저가 잉태하여 아들을 낳으매
  So he married Gomer daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son.

4. 여호와께서 호세아에게 이르시되 그 이름을 이스르엘이라 하라 조금 후에 내가 이스르엘의 피를 예후의 집에 갚으며 이스라엘 족속의 나라를 폐할 것임이니라
  Then the LORD said to Hosea, "Call him Jezreel, because I will soon punish the house of Jehu for the massacre at Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of Israel.

5. 그 날에 내가 이스르엘 골짜기에서 이스라엘의 활을 꺾으리라 하시니라
  In that day I will break Israel's bow in the Valley of Jezreel."

6. 고멜이 또 잉태하여 딸을 낳으매 여호와께서 호세아에게 이르시되 그 이름을 로루하마라 하라 내가 다시는 이스라엘 족속을 긍휼히 여겨서 사하지 않을 것임이니라
  Gomer conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. Then the LORD said to Hosea, "Call her Lo-Ruhamah, for I will no longer show love to the house of Israel, that I should at all forgive them.

7. 그러나 내가 유다 족속을 긍휼히 여겨 저희 하나님 여호와로 구원하겠고 활과 칼이나 전쟁이나 말과 마병으로 구원하지 아니하리라 하시니라
  Yet I will show love to the house of Judah; and I will save them--not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but by the LORD their God."

8. 고멜이 로루하마를 젖뗀 후에 또 잉태하여 아들을 낳으매
  After she had weaned Lo-Ruhamah, Gomer had another son.

9. 여호와께서 이르시되 그 이름을 로암미라 하라 너희는 내 백성이 아니요 나는 너희 하나님이 되지 아니할 것임이니라
  Then the LORD said, "Call him Lo-Ammi, for you are not my people, and I am not your God.

10. 그러나 이스라엘 자손의 수가 바닷가의 모래같이 되어서 측량할 수도 없고 셀 수도 없을 것이며 전에 저희에게 이르기를 너희는 내 백성이 아니라 한 그 곳에서 저희에게 이르기를 너희는 사신 하나님의 자녀라 할 것이라
  "Yet the Israelites will be like the sand on the seashore, which cannot be measured or counted. In the place where it was said to them, 'You are not my people,' they will be called 'sons of the living God.'

11. 이에 유다 자손과 이스라엘 자손이 함께 모여 한 두목을 세우고 그 땅에서부터 올라오리니 이스르엘의 날이 클 것임이로다
  The people of Judah and the people of Israel will be reunited, and they will appoint one leader and will come up out of the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel.

시편 119:73-96

73. 주의 손이 나를 만들고 세우셨사오니 나로 깨닫게 하사 주의 계명을 배우게 하소서
  Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn your commands.

74. 주를 경외하는 자가 나를 보고 기뻐할 것은 내가 주의 말씀을 바라는 연고니이다
  May those who fear you rejoice when they see me, for I have put my hope in your word.

75. 여호와여 내가 알거니와 주의 판단은 의로우시고 주께서 나를 괴롭게 하심은 성실하심으로 말미암음이니이다
  I know, O LORD, that your laws are righteous, and in faithfulness you have afflicted me.

76. 구하오니 주의 종에게 하신 말씀대로 주의 인자하심이 나의 위안이 되게 하시며
  May your unfailing love be my comfort, according to your promise to your servant.

77. 주의 긍휼히 여기심이 내게 임하사 나로 살게 하소서 주의 법은 나의 즐거움이니이다
  Let your compassion come to me that I may live, for your law is my delight.

78. 교만한 자가 무고히 나를 엎드러뜨렸으니 저희로 수치를 당케 하소서 나는 주의 법도를 묵상하리이다
  May the arrogant be put to shame for wronging me without cause; but I will meditate on your precepts.

79. 주를 경외하는 자로 내게 돌아오게 하소서 그리하시면 저희가 주의 증거를 알리이다
  May those who fear you turn to me, those who understand your statutes.

80. 내 마음으로 주의 율례에 완전케 하사 나로 수치를 당치 않게 하소서
  May my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be put to shame.

81. 나의 영혼이 주의 구원을 사모하기에 피곤하오나 나는 오히려 주의 말씀을 바라나이다
  My soul faints with longing for your salvation, but I have put my hope in your word.

82. 나의 말이 주께서 언제나 나를 안위하시겠나이까 하면서 내 눈이 주의 말씀을 바라기에 피곤하니이다
  My eyes fail, looking for your promise; I say, "When will you comfort me?"

83. 내가 연기 중의 가죽병같이 되었으나 오히려 주의 율례를 잊지 아니하나이다
  Though I am like a wineskin in the smoke, I do not forget your decrees.

84. 주의 종의 날이 얼마나 되나이까 나를 핍박하는 자를 주께서 언제나 국문하시리이까
  How long must your servant wait? When will you punish my persecutors?

85. 주의 법을 좇지 아니하는 교만한 자가 나를 해하려고 웅덩이를 팠나이다
  The arrogant dig pitfalls for me, contrary to your law.

86. 주의 모든 계명은 신실하니이다 저희가 무고히 나를 핍박하오니 나를 도우소서
  All your commands are trustworthy; help me, for men persecute me without cause.

87. 저희가 나를 세상에서 거의 멸하였으나 나는 주의 법도를 버리지 아니하였사오니
  They almost wiped me from the earth, but I have not forsaken your precepts.

88. 주의 인자하심을 따라 나로 소성케 하소서 그리하시면 주의 입의 증거를 내가 지키리이다
  Preserve my life according to your love, and I will obey the statutes of your mouth.

89. 여호와여 주의 말씀이 영원히 하늘에 굳게 섰사오며
  Your word, O LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens.

90. 주의 성실하심은 대대에 이르나이다 주께서 땅을 세우셨으므로 땅이 항상 있사오니
  Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you established the earth, and it endures.

91. 천지가 주의 규례대로 오늘까지 있음은 만물이 주의 종이 된 연고니이다
  Your laws endure to this day, for all things serve you.

92. 주의 법이 나의 즐거움이 되지 아니하였더면 내가 내 고난 중에 멸망하였으리이다
  If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.

93. 내가 주의 법도를 영원히 잊지 아니하오니 주께서 이것들로 나를 살게 하심이니이다
  I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have preserved my life.

94. 나는 주의 것이오니 나를 구원하소서 내가 주의 법도를 찾았나이다
  Save me, for I am yours; I have sought out your precepts.

95. 악인이 나를 멸하려고 엿보오나 나는 주의 증거를 생각하겠나이다
  The wicked are waiting to destroy me, but I will ponder your statutes.

96. 내가 보니 모든 완전한 것이 다 끝이 있어도 주의 계명은 심히 넓으니이다
  To all perfection I see a limit; but your commands are boundless.
