민수기 34

1. 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대
  The LORD said to Moses,

2. 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 명하여 그들에게 이르라 너희가 가나안 땅에 들어가는 때에 그 땅은 너희의 기업이 되리니 곧 가나안 사방 지경이라
  "Command the Israelites and say to them: 'When you enter Canaan, the land that will be allotted to you as an inheritance will have these boundaries:

3. 너희 남방은 에돔 곁에 접근한 신 광야니 너희 남편 경계는 동편으로 염해 끝에서 시작하여
  "'Your southern side will include some of the Desert of Zin along the border of Edom. On the east, your southern boundary will start from the end of the Salt Sea,

4. 돌아서 아그랍빔 언덕 남편에 이르고 신을 지나 가데스 바네아 남방에 이르고 또 하살아달을 지나 아스몬에 이르고
  cross south of Scorpion Pass, continue on to Zin and go south of Kadesh Barnea. Then it will go to Hazar Addar and over to Azmon,

5. 아스몬에서 돌아서 애굽 시내를 지나 바다까지 이르느니라
  where it will turn, join the Wadi of Egypt and end at the Sea.

6. 서편 경계는 대해가 경계가 되나니 이는 너희의 서편 경계니라
  "'Your western boundary will be the coast of the Great Sea. This will be your boundary on the west.

7. 북편 경계는 이러하니 대해에서부터 호르 산까지 긋고
  "'For your northern boundary, run a line from the Great Sea to Mount Hor

8. 호르 산에서 그어 하맛 어귀에 이르러 스닷에 미치고
  and from Mount Hor to Lebo Hamath. Then the boundary will go to Zedad,

9. 그 경계가 또 시브론을 지나 하살에난에 미치나니 이는 너희 북편 경계니라
  continue to Ziphron and end at Hazar Enan. This will be your boundary on the north.

10. 너희의 동편 경계는 하살에난에서 그어 스밤에 이르고
  "'For your eastern boundary, run a line from Hazar Enan to Shepham.

11. 그 경계가 또 스밤에서 리블라로 내려가서 아인 동편에 이르고 또 내려가서 긴네렛 동편 해변에 미치고
  The boundary will go down from Shepham to Riblah on the east side of Ain and continue along the slopes east of the Sea of Kinnereth.

12. 그 경계가 또 요단으로 내려가서 염해에 미치나니 너희 땅의 사방 경계가 이러하니라
  Then the boundary will go down along the Jordan and end at the Salt Sea. "'This will be your land, with its boundaries on every side.'"

13. 모세가 이스라엘 자손에게 명하여 가로되 이는 너희가 제비뽑아 얻을 땅이라 여호와께서 이것을 아홉 지파와 반 지파에게 주라고 명하셨나니
  Moses commanded the Israelites: "Assign this land by lot as an inheritance. The LORD has ordered that it be given to the nine and a half tribes,

14. 이는 르우벤 자손의 지파와 갓 자손의 지파가 함께 그들의 종족대로 그 기업을 받았고 므낫세의 반 지파도 기업을 받았음이라
  because the families of the tribe of Reuben, the tribe of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance.

15. 이 두 지파와 반 지파가 여리고 맞은편 요단 건너편 곧 해돋는 편에서 그 기업을 받았느니라
  These two and a half tribes have received their inheritance on the east side of the Jordan of Jericho, toward the sunrise."

16. 여호와께서 또 모세에게 일러 가라사대
  The LORD said to Moses,

17. 너희에게 땅을 기업으로 나눌 자의 이름이 이러하니 제사장 엘르아살과 눈의 아들 여호수아니라
  "These are the names of the men who are to assign the land for you as an inheritance: Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun.

18. 너희는 또 기업의 땅을 나누기 위하여 매 지파에 한 족장씩 택하라
  And appoint one leader from each tribe to help assign the land.

19. 그 사람들의 이름은 이러하니 유다 지파에서는 여분네의 아들 갈렙이요
  These are their names: Caleb son of Jephunneh, from the tribe of Judah;

20. 시므온 지파에서는 암미훗의 아들 스므엘이요
  Shemuel son of Ammihud, from the tribe of Simeon;

21. 베냐민 지파에서는 기슬론의 아들 엘리닷이요
  Elidad son of Kislon, from the tribe of Benjamin;

22. 단 자손 지파의 족장 요글리의 아들 북기요
  Bukki son of Jogli, the leader from the tribe of Dan;

23. 요셉 자손 중 므낫세 자손 지파의 족장 에봇의 아들 한니엘이요
  Hanniel son of Ephod, the leader from the tribe of Manasseh son of Joseph;

24. 에브라임 자손 지파의 족장 십단의 아들 그므엘이요
  Kemuel son of Shiphtan, the leader from the tribe of Ephraim son of Joseph;

25. 스불론 자손 지파의 족장 바르낙의 아들 엘리사반이요
  Elizaphan son of Parnach, the leader from the tribe of Zebulun;

26. 잇사갈 자손 지파의 족장 앗산의 아들 발디엘이요
  Paltiel son of Azzan, the leader from the tribe of Issachar;

27. 아셀 자손 지파의 족장 슬로미의 아들 아히훗이요
  Ahihud son of Shelomi, the leader from the tribe of Asher;

28. 납달리 자손 지파의 족장 암미훗의 아들 브다헬이니라 하셨으니
  Pedahel son of Ammihud, the leader from the tribe of Naphtali."

29. 여호와께서 명하사 가나안 땅에서 이스라엘 자손에게 기업을 나누게 하신 자들이 이러하였더라
  These are the men the LORD commanded to assign the inheritance to the Israelites in the land of Canaan.

시편 78:38-72

38. 오직 하나님은 자비하심으로 죄악을 사하사 멸하지 아니하시고 그 진노를 여러 번 돌이키시며 그 분을 다 발하지 아니하셨으니
  Yet he was merciful; he forgave their iniquities and did not destroy them. Time after time he restrained his anger and did not stir up his full wrath.

39. 저희는 육체뿐이라 가고 다시 오지 못하는 바람임을 기억하셨음이로다
  He remembered that they were but flesh, a passing breeze that does not return.

40. 저희가 광야에서 그를 반항하며 사막에서 그를 슬프시게 함이 몇 번인고
  How often they rebelled against him in the desert and grieved him in the wasteland!

41. 저희가 돌이켜 하나님을 재삼 시험하며 이스라엘의 거룩한 자를 격동하였도다
  Again and again they put God to the test; they vexed the Holy One of Israel.

42. 저희가 그의 권능을 기억지 아니하며 대적에게서 구속하신 날도 생각지 아니하였도다
  They did not remember his power--the day he redeemed them from the oppressor,

43. 그 때에 하나님이 애굽에서 그 징조를, 소안 들에서 그 기사를 나타내사
  the day he displayed his miraculous signs in Egypt, his wonders in the region of Zoan.

44. 저희의 강과 시내를 피로 변하여 저희로 마실 수 없게 하시며
  He turned their rivers to blood; they could not drink from their streams.

45. 파리 떼를 저희 중에 보내어 물게 하시고 개구리를 보내어 해하게 하셨으며
  He sent swarms of flies that devoured them, and frogs that devastated them.

46. 저희의 토산물을 황충에게 주시며 저희의 수고한 것을 메뚜기에게 주셨으며
  He gave their crops to the grasshopper, their produce to the locust.

47. 저희 포도나무를 우박으로, 저희 뽕나무를 서리로 죽이셨으며
  He destroyed their vines with hail and their sycamore-figs with sleet.

48. 저희 가축을 우박에, 저희 양 떼를 번갯불에 붙이셨으며
  He gave over their cattle to the hail, their livestock to bolts of lightning.

49. 그 맹렬한 노와 분과 분노와 고난 곧 벌하는 사자들을 저희에게 내려보내셨으며
  He unleashed against them his hot anger, his wrath, indignation and hostility--a band of destroying angels.

50. 그 노를 위하여 치도하사 저희 혼의 사망을 면케 아니하시고 저희 생명을 염병에 붙이셨으며
  He prepared a path for his anger; he did not spare them from death but gave them over to the plague.

51. 애굽에서 모든 장자 곧 함의 장막에 있는 그 기력의 시작을 치셨으나
  He struck down all the firstborn of Egypt, the firstfruits of manhood in the tents of Ham.

52. 자기 백성을 양같이 인도하여 내시고 광야에서 양 떼같이 지도하셨도다
  But he brought his people out like a flock; he led them like sheep through the desert.

53. 저희를 안전히 인도하시니 저희는 두려움이 없었으나 저희 원수는 바다에 엄몰되었도다
  He guided them safely, so they were unafraid; but the sea engulfed their enemies.

54. 저희를 그 성소의 지경 곧 그의 오른손이 취하신 산으로 인도하시고
  Thus he brought them to the border of his holy land, to the hill country his right hand had taken.

55. 또 열방을 저희 앞에서 쫓아내시며 줄로 저희 기업을 분배하시고 이스라엘 지파로 그 장막에 거하게 하셨도다
  He drove out nations before them and allotted their lands to them as an inheritance; he settled the tribes of Israel in their homes.

56. 그럴찌라도 저희가 지존하신 하나님을 시험하며 반항하여 그 증거를 지키지 아니하며
  But they put God to the test and rebelled against the Most High; they did not keep his statutes.

57. 저희 열조같이 배반하고 궤사를 행하여 속이는 활같이 빗가서
  Like their fathers they were disloyal and faithless, as unreliable as a faulty bow.

58. 자기 산당으로 그 노를 격동하며 저희 조각한 우상으로 그를 진노케 하였으매
  They angered him with their high places; they aroused his jealousy with their idols.

59. 하나님이 들으시고 분내어 이스라엘을 크게 미워하사
  When God heard them, he was very angry; he rejected Israel completely.

60. 실로의 성막 곧 인간에 세우신 장막을 떠나시고
  He abandoned the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent he had set up among men.

61. 그 능력 된 자를 포로에 붙이시며 자기 영광을 대적의 손에 붙이시고
  He sent the ark of his might into captivity, his splendor into the hands of the enemy.

62. 그 백성을 또 칼에 붙이사 그의 기업에게 분내셨으니
  He gave his people over to the sword; he was very angry with his inheritance.

63. 저희 청년은 불에 살라지고 저희 처녀에게는 혼인 노래가 없으며
  Fire consumed their young men, and their maidens had no wedding songs;

64. 저희 제사장들은 칼에 엎드러지고 저희 과부들은 애곡하지 못하였도다
  their priests were put to the sword, and their widows could not weep.

65. 때에 주께서 자다가 깬자 같이, 포도주로 인하여 외치는 용사 같이 일어나사
  Then the Lord awoke as from sleep, as a man wakes from the stupor of wine.

66. 그 대적을 쳐 물리쳐서 길이 욕되게 하시고
  He beat back his enemies; he put them to everlasting shame.

67. 또 요셉의 장막을 싫어 버리시며 에브라임 지파를 택하지 아니하시고
  Then he rejected the tents of Joseph, he did not choose the tribe of Ephraim;

68. 오직 유다 지파와 그 사랑하시는 시온 산을 택하시고
  but he chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion, which he loved.

69. 그 성소를 산의 높음같이, 영원히 두신 땅같이 지으셨으며
  He built his sanctuary like the heights, like the earth that he established forever.

70. 또 그 종 다윗을 택하시되 양의 우리에서 취하시며
  He chose David his servant and took him from the sheep pens;

71. 젖양을 지키는 중에서 저희를 이끄사 그 백성인 야곱, 그 기업인 이스라엘을 기르게 하셨더니
  from tending the sheep he brought him to be the shepherd of his people Jacob, of Israel his inheritance.

72. 이에 저가 그 마음의 성실함으로 기르고 그 손의 공교함으로 지도하였도다
  And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them.

■ 혼자 읽기

이사야 26

1. 그 날에 유다 땅에서 이 노래를 부르리라 우리에게 견고한 성읍이 있음이여 여호와께서 구원으로 성과 곽을 삼으시리로다
  In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; God makes salvation its walls and ramparts.

2. 너희는 문들을 열고 신을 지키는 의로운 나라로 들어오게 할찌어다
  Open the gates that the righteous nation may enter, the nation that keeps faith.

3. 주께서 심지가 견고한 자를 평강에 평강으로 지키시리니 이는 그가 주를 의뢰함이니이다
  You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you.

4. 너희는 여호와를 영원히 의뢰하라 주 여호와는 영원한 반석이심이로다
  Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD, the LORD, is the Rock eternal.

5. 높은 데 거하는 자를 낮추시며 솟은 성을 헐어 땅에 엎으시되 진토에 미치게 하셨도다
  He humbles those who dwell on high, he lays the lofty city low; he levels it to the ground and casts it down to the dust.

6. 발이 그것을 밟으리니 곧 빈궁한 자의 발과 곤핍한 자의 걸음이리로다
  Feet trample it down--the feet of the oppressed, the footsteps of the poor.

7. 의인의 길은 정직함이여 정직하신 주께서 의인의 첩경을 평탄케 하시도다
  The path of the righteous is level; O upright One, you make the way of the righteous smooth.

8. 여호와여 주의 심판하시는 길에서 우리가 주를 기다렸사오며 주의 이름 곧 주의 기념 이름을 우리 영혼이 사모하나이다
  Yes, LORD, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.

9. 밤에 내 영혼이 주를 사모하였사온즉 내 중심이 주를 간절히 구하오리니 이는 주께서 땅에서 심판하시는 때에 세계의 거민이 의를 배움이니이다
  My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgments come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness.

10. 악인은 은총을 입을찌라도 의를 배우지 아니하며 정직한 땅에서 불의를 행하고 여호와의 위엄을 돌아보지 아니하는도다
  Though grace is shown to the wicked, they do not learn righteousness; even in a land of uprightness they go on doing evil and regard not the majesty of the LORD.

11. 여호와여 주의 손이 높이 들릴찌라도 그들이 보지 아니하나이다 마는 백성을 위하시는 주의 열성을 보면 부끄러워할 것이라 불이 주의 대적을 사르리이다
  O LORD, your hand is lifted high, but they do not see it. Let them see your zeal for your people and be put to shame; let the fire reserved for your enemies consume them.

12. 여호와여 주께서 우리를 위하여 평강을 베푸시오리니 주께서 우리 모든 일을 우리를 위하여 이루심이니이다
  LORD, you establish peace for us; all that we have accomplished you have done for us.

13. 여호와 우리 하나님이시여 주 외에 다른 주들이 우리를 관할하였사오나 우리가 주만 의뢰하고 주의 이름을 부르리이다
  O LORD, our God, other lords besides you have ruled over us, but your name alone do we honor.

14. 그들은 죽었은즉 다시 살지 못하겠고 사망하였은즉 일어나지 못할 것이니 이는 주께서 벌하여 멸하사 그 모든 기억을 멸절하셨음이니이다
  They are now dead, they live no more; those departed spirits do not rise. You punished them and brought them to ruin; you wiped out all memory of them.

15. 여호와여 주께서 이 나라를 더 크게 하셨고 이 나라를 더 크게 하셨나이다 스스로 영광을 얻으시고 이 땅의 모든 경계를 확장하셨나이다
  You have enlarged the nation, O LORD; you have enlarged the nation. You have gained glory for yourself; you have extended all the borders of the land.

16. 여호와여 백성이 환난 중에 주를 앙모하였사오며 주의 징벌이 그들에게 임할 때에 그들이 간절히 주께 기도하였나이다
  LORD, they came to you in their distress; when you disciplined them, they could barely whisper a prayer.

17. 여호와여 잉태한 여인이 산기가 임박하여 구로하며 부르짖음같이 우리가 주의 앞에 이러하니이다
  As a woman with child and about to give birth writhes and cries out in her pain, so were we in your presence, O LORD.

18. 우리가 잉태하고 고통하였을찌라도 낳은 것은 바람 같아서 땅에 구원을 베풀지 못하였고 세계의 거민을 생산치 못하였나이다
  We were with child, we writhed in pain, but we gave birth to wind. We have not brought salvation to the earth; we have not given birth to people of the world.

19. 주의 죽은 자들은 살아나고 우리의 시체들은 일어나리이다 티끌에 거하는 자들아 너희는 깨어 노래하라 주의 이슬은 빛난 이슬이니 땅이 죽은 자를 내어 놓으리로다
  But your dead will live; their bodies will rise. You who dwell in the dust, wake up and shout for joy. Your dew is like the dew of the morning; the earth will give birth to her dead.

20. 내 백성아 갈찌어다 네 밀실에 들어가서 네 문을 닫고 분노가 지나기까지 잠간 숨을찌어다
  Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by.

21. 보라 여호와께서 그 처소에서 나오사 땅의 거민의 죄악을 벌하실 것이라 땅이 그 위에 잦았던 피를 드러내고 그 살해당한 자를 다시는 가리우지 아니하리라
  See, the LORD is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed upon her; she will conceal her slain no longer.

요한일서 4

1. 사랑하는 자들아 영을 다 믿지 말고 오직 영들이 하나님께 속하였나 시험하라 많은 거짓 선지자가 세상에 나왔음이니라
  Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

2. 하나님의 영은 이것으로 알찌니 곧 예수 그리스도께서 육체로 오신 것을 시인하는 영마다 하나님께 속한 것이요
  This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,

3. 예수를 시인하지 아니하는 영마다 하나님께 속한 것이 아니니 이것이 곧 적그리스도의 영이니라 오리라 한 말을 너희가 들었거니와 이제 벌써 세상에 있느니라
  but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.

4. 자녀들아 너희는 하나님께 속하였고 또 저희를 이기었나니 이는 너희 안에 계신 이가 세상에 있는 이보다 크심이라
  You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

5. 저희는 세상에 속한 고로 세상에 속한 말을 하매 세상이 저희 말을 듣느니라
  They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them.

6. 우리는 하나님께 속하였으니 하나님을 아는 자는 우리의 말을 듣고 하나님께 속하지 아니한 자는 우리의 말을 듣지 아니하나니 진리의 영과 미혹의 영을 이로써 아느니라
  We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.

7. 사랑하는 자들아 우리가 서로 사랑하자 사랑은 하나님께 속한 것이니 사랑하는 자마다 하나님께로 나서 하나님을 알고
  Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.

8. 사랑하지 아니하는 자는 하나님을 알지 못하나니 이는 하나님은 사랑이심이라
  Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

9. 하나님의 사랑이 우리에게 이렇게 나타난 바 되었으니 하나님이 자기의 독생자를 세상에 보내심은 저로 말미암아 우리를 살리려 하심이니라
  This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.

10. 사랑은 여기 있으니 우리가 하나님을 사랑한 것이 아니요 오직 하나님이 우리를 사랑하사 우리 죄를 위하여 화목제로 그 아들을 보내셨음이니라
  This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

11. 사랑하는 자들아 하나님이 이같이 우리를 사랑하셨은즉 우리도 서로 사랑하는 것이 마땅하도다
  Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

12. 어느 때나 하나님을 본 사람이 없으되 만일 우리가 서로 사랑하면 하나님이 우리 안에 거하시고 그의 사랑이 우리 안에 온전히 이루느니라
  No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.

13. 그의 성령을 우리에게 주시므로 우리가 그 안에 거하고 그가 우리 안에 거하시는 줄을 아느니라
  We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.

14. 아버지가 아들을 세상의 구주로 보내신 것을 우리가 보았고 또 증거하노니
  And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.

15. 누구든지 예수를 하나님의 아들이라 시인하면 하나님이 저 안에 거하시고 저도 하나님 안에 거하느니라
  If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God.

16. 하나님이 우리를 사랑하시는 사랑을 우리가 알고 믿었노니 하나님은 사랑이시라 사랑 안에 거하는 자는 하나님 안에 거하고 하나님도 그 안에 거하시느니라
  And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.

17. 이로써 사랑이 우리에게 온전히 이룬 것은 우리로 심판 날에 담대함을 가지게 하려 함이니 주의 어떠하심과 같이 우리도 세상에서 그러하니라
  In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him.

18. 사랑 안에 두려움이 없고 온전한 사랑이 두려움을 내어쫓나니 두려움에는 형벌이 있음이라 두려워하는 자는 사랑 안에서 온전히 이루지 못하였느니라
  There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

19. 우리가 사랑함은 그가 먼저 우리를 사랑하셨음이라
  We love because he first loved us.

20. 누구든지 하나님을 사랑하노라 하고 그 형제를 미워하면 이는 거짓말하는 자니 보는 바 그 형제를 사랑치 아니하는 자가 보지 못하는 바 하나님을 사랑할 수가 없느니라
  If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.

21. 우리가 이 계명을 주께 받았나니 하나님을 사랑하는 자는 또한 그 형제를 사랑할찌니라
  And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.
