민수기 23

1. 발람이 발락에게 이르되 나를 위하여 여기 일곱 단을 쌓고 거기 수송아지 일곱과 수양 일곱을 준비하소서 하매
  Balaam said, "Build me seven altars here, and prepare seven bulls and seven rams for me."

2. 발락이 발람의 말대로 준비한 후에 발락과 발람이 매 단에 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나를 드리니라
  Balak did as Balaam said, and the two of them offered a bull and a ram on each altar.

3. 발람이 발락에게 이르되 당신의 번제물 곁에 서소서 나는 저리로 갈찌라 여호와께서 혹시 오셔서 나를 만나시리니 그가 내게 지시하시는 것은 다 당신에게 고하리이다 하고 사태난 산에 이른즉
  Then Balaam said to Balak, "Stay here beside your offering while I go aside. Perhaps the LORD will come to meet with me. Whatever he reveals to me I will tell you." Then he went off to a barren height.

4. 하나님이 발람에게 임하시는지라 발람이 고하되 내가 일곱 단을 베풀고 매 단에 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나를 드렸나이다
  God met with him, and Balaam said, "I have prepared seven altars, and on each altar I have offered a bull and a ram."

5. 여호와께서 발람의 입에 말씀을 주어 가라사대 발락에게 돌아가서 이렇게 말할찌니라
  The LORD put a message in Balaam's mouth and said, "Go back to Balak and give him this message."

6. 그가 발락에게로 돌아간즉 발락과 모압 모든 귀족이 번제물 곁에 함께 섰더라
  So he went back to him and found him standing beside his offering, with all the princes of Moab.

7. 발람이 노래를 지어 가로되 발락이 나를 아람에서, 모압 왕이 동편 산에서 데려다가 이르기를 와서 나를 위하여 야곱을 저주하라, 와서 이스라엘을 꾸짖으라 하도다
  Then Balaam uttered his oracle: "Balak brought me from Aram, the king of Moab from the eastern mountains. 'Come,' he said, 'curse Jacob for me; come, denounce Israel.'

8. 하나님이 저주치 않으신 자를 내 어찌 저주하며 여호와께서 꾸짖지 않으신 자를 내 어찌 꾸짖을꼬
  How can I curse those whom God has not cursed? How can I denounce those whom the LORD has not denounced?

9. 내가 바위 위에서 그들을 보며 작은 산에서 그들을 바라보니 이 백성은 홀로 처할 것이라 그를 열방 중의 하나로 여기지 않으리로다
  From the rocky peaks I see them, from the heights I view them. I see a people who live apart and do not consider themselves one of the nations.

10. 야곱의 티끌을 뉘 능히 계산하며 이스라엘 사분지 일을 뉘 능히 계수할꼬 나는 의인의 죽음같이 죽기를 원하며 나의 종말이 그와 같기를 바라도다 하매
  Who can count the dust of Jacob or number the fourth part of Israel? Let me die the death of the righteous, and may my end be like theirs!"

11. 발락이 발람에게 이르되 그대가 어찌 내게 이같이 행하느냐 나의 원수를 저주하라고 그대를 데려왔거늘 그대가 온전히 축복하였도다
  Balak said to Balaam, "What have you done to me? I brought you to curse my enemies, but you have done nothing but bless them!"

12. 대답하여 가로되 여호와께서 내 입에 주신 말씀을 내가 어찌 말하지 아니할 수 있으리이까
  He answered, "Must I not speak what the LORD puts in my mouth?"

13. 발락이 가로되 나와 함께 그들을 달리 볼 곳으로 가자 거기서는 그들을 다 보지 못하고 그 끝만 보리니 거기서 나를 위하여 그들을 저주하라 하고
  Then Balak said to him, "Come with me to another place where you can see them; you will see only a part but not all of them. And from there, curse them for me."

14. 소빔 들로 인도하여 비스가 꼭대기에 이르러 일곱 단을 쌓고 매단에 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나를 드리니
  So he took him to the field of Zophim on the top of Pisgah, and there he built seven altars and offered a bull and a ram on each altar.

15. 발람이 발락에게 이르되 내가 저기서 여호와를 만날 동안에 여기 당신의 번제물 곁에 서소서 하니라
  Balaam said to Balak, "Stay here beside your offering while I meet with him over there."

16. 여호와께서 발람에게 임하사 그 입에 말씀을 주어 가라사대 발락에게로 돌아가서 이렇게 말할찌니라
  The LORD met with Balaam and put a message in his mouth and said, "Go back to Balak and give him this message."

17. 발람이 와서 본즉 발락이 번제물 곁에 섰고 모압 귀족들이 함께 있더라 발락이 발람에게 이르되 여호와께서 무슨 말씀을 하시더냐
  So he went to him and found him standing beside his offering, with the princes of Moab. Balak asked him, "What did the LORD say?"

18. 발람이 노래를 지어 가로되 발락이여 일어나 들을찌어다 십볼의 아들이여 나를 자세히 들으라
  Then he uttered his oracle: "Arise, Balak, and listen; hear me, son of Zippor.

19. 하나님은 인생이 아니시니 식언치 않으시고 인자가 아니시니 후회가 없으시도다 어찌 그 말씀하신 바를 행치 않으시며 하신 말씀을 실행치 않으시랴
  God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?

20. 내가 축복의 명을 받았으니 그가 하신 축복을 내가 돌이킬 수 없도다
  I have received a command to bless; he has blessed, and I cannot change it.

21. 여호와는 야곱의 허물을 보지 아니하시며 이스라엘의 패역을 보지 아니하시는도다 여호와 그의 하나님이 그와 함께 계시니 왕을 부르는 소리가 그 중에 있도다
  "No misfortune is seen in Jacob, no misery observed in Israel. The LORD their God is with them; the shout of the King is among them.

22. 하나님이 그들을 애굽에서 인도하여 내셨으니 그 힘이 들소와 같도다
  God brought them out of Egypt; they have the strength of a wild ox.

23. 야곱을 해할 사술이 없고 이스라엘을 해할 복술이 없도다 이 때에 야곱과 이스라엘에 대하여 논할찐대 하나님의 행하신 일이 어찌 그리 크뇨 하리로다
  There is no sorcery against Jacob, no divination against Israel. It will now be said of Jacob and of Israel, 'See what God has done!'

24. 이 백성이 암사자같이 일어나고 수사자같이 일어나서 움킨 것을 먹으며 죽인 피를 마시기 전에는 눕지 아니하리로다 하매
  The people rise like a lioness; they rouse themselves like a lion that does not rest till he devours his prey and drinks the blood of his victims."

25. 발락이 발람에게 이르되 그들을 저주하지도 말고 축복하지도 말라
  Then Balak said to Balaam, "Neither curse them at all nor bless them at all!"

26. 발람이 발락에게 대답하여 가로되 내가 당신에게 고하여 이르기를 여호와께서 말씀하신 것은 내가 그대로 하지 않을 수 없다고 하지 아니하더이까
  Balaam answered, "Did I not tell you I must do whatever the LORD says?"

27. 발락이 발람에게 또 이르되 오라 내가 너를 다른 곳으로 인도하리니 네가 거기서 나를 위하여 그들을 저주하기를 하나님이 혹시 기뻐하시리라 하고
  Then Balak said to Balaam, "Come, let me take you to another place. Perhaps it will please God to let you curse them for me from there."

28. 발락이 발람을 인도하여 광야가 내려다 보이는 브올 산 꼭대기에 이르니
  And Balak took Balaam to the top of Peor, overlooking the wasteland.

29. 발람이 발락에게 이르되 나를 위하여 여기 일곱 단을 쌓고 거기 수송아지 일곱과 수양 일곱을 준비하소서
  Balaam said, "Build me seven altars here, and prepare seven bulls and seven rams for me."

30. 발락이 발람의 말대로 행하여 매 단에 수송아지 하나와 수양 하나를 드리니라
  Balak did as Balaam had said, and offered a bull and a ram on each altar.

시편 64-65

1. 하나님이여 나의 근심하는 소리를 들으시고 원수의 두려움에서 나의 생명을 보존하소서
  For the director of music. A psalm of David. Hear me, O God, as I voice my complaint; protect my life from the threat of the enemy.

2. 주는 나를 숨기사 행악자의 비밀한 꾀에서와 죄악을 짓는 자의 요란에서 벗어나게 하소서
  Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from that noisy crowd of evildoers.

3. 저희가 칼같이 자기 혀를 연마하며 화살같이 독한 말로 겨누고
  They sharpen their tongues like swords and aim their words like deadly arrows.

4. 숨은 곳에서 완전한 자를 쏘려 하다가 갑자기 쏘고 두려워하지 않도다
  They shoot from ambush at the innocent man; they shoot at him suddenly, without fear.

5. 저희는 악한 목적으로 서로 장려하며 비밀히 올무 놓기를 함께 의논하고 하는 말이 누가 보리요 하며
  They encourage each other in evil plans, they talk about hiding their snares; they say, "Who will see them?"

6. 저희는 죄악을 도모하며 이르기를 우리가 묘책을 찾았다 하나니 각 사람의 속뜻과 마음이 깊도다
  They plot injustice and say, "We have devised a perfect plan!" Surely the mind and heart of man are cunning.

7. 그러나 하나님이 저희를 쏘시리니 저희가 홀연히 살에 상하리로다
  But God will shoot them with arrows; suddenly they will be struck down.

8. 이러므로 저희가 엎드러지리니 저희의 혀가 저희를 해함이라 저희를 보는 자가 다 머리를 흔들리로다
  He will turn their own tongues against them and bring them to ruin; all who see them will shake their heads in scorn.

9. 모든 사람이 두려워하여 하나님의 일을 선포하며 그 행하심을 깊이 생각하리로다
  All mankind will fear; they will proclaim the works of God and ponder what he has done.

10. 의인은 여호와를 인하여 즐거워하며 그에게 피하리니 마음이 정직한 자는 다 자랑하리로다
  Let the righteous rejoice in the LORD and take refuge in him; let all the upright in heart praise him!

1. 하나님이여 찬송이 시온에서 주를 기다리오며 사람이 서원을 주께 이행하리이다
  For the director of music. A psalm of David. A song. Praise awaits you, O God, in Zion; to you our vows will be fulfilled.

2. 기도를 들으시는 주여 모든 육체가 주께 나아오리이다
  O you who hear prayer, to you all men will come.

3. 죄악이 나를 이기었사오니 우리의 죄과를 주께서 사하시리이다
  When we were overwhelmed by sins, you forgave our transgressions.

4. 주께서 택하시고 가까이 오게 하사 주의 뜰에 거하게 하신 사람은 복이 있나이다 우리가 주의 집 곧 주의 성전의 아름다움으로 만족하리이다
  Blessed are those you choose and bring near to live in your courts! We are filled with the good things of your house, of your holy temple.

5. 우리 구원의 하나님이시여 땅의 모든 끝과 먼 바다에 있는 자의 의지할 주께서 의를 좇아 엄위하신 일로 우리에게 응답하시리이다
  You answer us with awesome deeds of righteousness, O God our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas,

6. 주는 주의 힘으로 산을 세우시며 권능으로 띠를 띠시며
  who formed the mountains by your power, having armed yourself with strength,

7. 바다의 흉용과 물결의 요동과 만민의 훤화까지 진정하시나이다
  who stilled the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations.

8. 땅 끝에 거하는 자가 주의 징조를 두려워하나이다 주께서 아침 되는 것과 저녁 되는 것을 즐거워하게 하시며
  Those living far away fear your wonders; where morning dawns and evening fades you call forth songs of joy.

9. 땅을 권고하사 물을 대어 심히 윤택케 하시며 하나님의 강에 물이 가득하게 하시고 이같이 땅을 예비하신 후에 저희에게 곡식을 주시나이다
  You care for the land and water it; you enrich it abundantly. The streams of God are filled with water to provide the people with grain, for so you have ordained it.

10. 주께서 밭고랑에 물을 넉넉히 대사 그 이랑을 평평하게 하시며 또 단비로 부드럽게 하시고 그 싹에 복 주시나이다
  You drench its furrows and level its ridges; you soften it with showers and bless its crops.

11. 주의 은택으로 년사에 관 씌우시니 주의 길에는 기름이 떨어지며
  You crown the year with your bounty, and your carts overflow with abundance.

12. 들의 초장에도 떨어지니 작은 산들이 기쁨으로 띠를 띠었나이다
  The grasslands of the desert overflow; the hills are clothed with gladness.

13. 초장에는 양 떼가 입혔고 골짜기에는 곡식이 덮였으매 저희가 다 즐거이 외치고 또 노래하나이다
  The meadows are covered with flocks and the valleys are mantled with grain; they shout for joy and sing.

이사야 13

1. 아모스의 아들 이사야가 바벨론에 대하여 받은 경고라
  An oracle concerning Babylon that Isaiah son of Amoz saw:

2. 너희는 자산 위에 기호를 세우고 소리를 높여 그들을 부르며 손을 흔들어 그들로 존귀한 자의 문에 들어가게 하라
  Raise a banner on a bare hilltop, shout to them; beckon to them to enter the gates of the nobles.

3. 내가 나의 거룩히 구별한 자에게 명하고 나의 위엄을 기뻐하는 용사들을 불러 나의 노를 풀게 하였느니라
  I have commanded my holy ones; I have summoned my warriors to carry out my wrath--those who rejoice in my triumph.

4. 산에서 무리의 소리가 남이여 많은 백성의 소리 같으니 곧 열국 민족이 함께 모여 떠드는 소리라 만군의 여호와께서 싸움을 위하여 군대를 검열하심이로다
  Listen, a noise on the mountains, like that of a great multitude! Listen, an uproar among the kingdoms, like nations massing together! The LORD Almighty is mustering an army for war.

5. 무리가 먼 나라에서, 하늘 가에서 왔음이여 곧 여호와와 그 진노의 병기라 온 땅을 멸하려 함이로다
  They come from faraway lands, from the ends of the heavens--the LORD and the weapons of his wrath--to destroy the whole country.

6. 너희는 애곡할찌어다 여호와의 날이 가까왔으니 전능자에게서 멸망이 임할 것임이로다
  Wail, for the day of the LORD is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty.

7. 그러므로 모든 손이 피곤하며 각 사람의 마음이 녹을 것이라
  Because of this, all hands will go limp, every man's heart will melt.

8. 그들이 놀라며 괴로움과 슬픔에 잡혀서 임산한 여자같이 고통하며 서로 보고 놀라며 얼굴은 불꽃 같으리로다
  Terror will seize them, pain and anguish will grip them; they will writhe like a woman in labor. They will look aghast at each other, their faces aflame.

9. 여호와의 날 곧 잔혹히 분냄과 맹렬히 노하는 날이 임하여 땅을 황무케 하며 그 중에서 죄인을 멸하리니
  See, the day of the LORD is coming--a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger--to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.

10. 하늘의 별들과 별 떨기가 그 빛을 내지 아니하며 해가 돋아도 어두우며 달이 그 빛을 비취지 아니할 것이로다
  The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light. The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light.

11. 내가 세상의 악과 악인의 죄를 벌하며 교만한 자의 오만을 끊으며 강포한 자의 거만을 낮출 것이며
  I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.

12. 내가 사람을 정금보다 희소케 하며 오빌의 순금보다 희귀케 하리로다
  I will make man scarcer than pure gold, more rare than the gold of Ophir.

13. 나 만군의 여호와가 분하여 맹렬히 노하는 날에 하늘을 진동시키며 땅을 흔들어 그 자리에서 떠나게 하리니
  Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the LORD Almighty, in the day of his burning anger.

14. 그들이 쫓긴 노루나 모으는 자 없는 양같이 각기 동족에게로 돌아가며 본향으로 도망할 것이나
  Like a hunted gazelle, like sheep without a shepherd, each will return to his own people, each will flee to his native land.

15. 만나는 자는 창에 찔리겠고 잡히는 자는 칼에 엎드러지겠고
  Whoever is captured will be thrust through; all who are caught will fall by the sword.

16. 그들의 어린아이들은 그 목전에 메어침을 입겠고 그 집은 노략을 당하겠고 그 아내는 욕을 당하리라
  Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be looted and their wives ravished.

17. 보라 은을 돌아보지 아니하며 금을 기뻐하지 아니하는 메대 사람을 내가 격동시켜 그들을 치게 하리니
  See, I will stir up against them the Medes, who do not care for silver and have no delight in gold.

18. 메대 사람이 활로 청년을 쏘아 죽이며 태의 열매를 긍휼히 여기지 아니하며 아이를 가석히 보지 아니하리라
  Their bows will strike down the young men; they will have no mercy on infants nor will they look with compassion on children.

19. 열국의 영광이요 갈대아 사람의 자랑하는 노리개가 된 바벨론이 하나님께 멸망당한 소돔과 고모라같이 되리니
  Babylon, the jewel of kingdoms, the glory of the Babylonians' pride, will be overthrown by God like Sodom and Gomorrah.

20. 그 곳에 처할 자가 없겠고 거할 사람이 대대에 없을 것이며 아라비아 사람도 거기 장막을 치지 아니하며 목자들도 그 곳에 그 양 떼를 쉬게 하지 아니할 것이요
  She will never be inhabited or lived in through all generations; no Arab will pitch his tent there, no shepherd will rest his flocks there.

21. 오직 들짐승들이 거기 엎드리고 부르짖는 짐승이 그 가옥에 충만하며 타조가 거기 깃들이며 들양이 거기서 뛸 것이요
  But desert creatures will lie there, jackals will fill her houses; there the owls will dwell, and there the wild goats will leap about.

22. 그 궁성에는 시랑이 부르짖을 것이요 화려한 전에는 들개가 울 것이라 그의 때가 가까우며 그의 날이 오래지 아니하리라
  Hyenas will howl in her strongholds, jackals in her luxurious palaces. Her time is at hand, and her days will not be prolonged.

베드로전서 1

1. 예수 그리스도의 사도 베드로는 본도, 갈라디아, 갑바도기아, 아시아와 비두니아에 흩어진 나그네
  Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, To God's elect, strangers in the world, scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia,

2. 곧 하나님 아버지의 미리 아심을 따라 성령의 거룩하게 하심으로 순종함과 예수 그리스도의 피 뿌림을 얻기 위하여 택하심을 입은 자들에게 편지하노니 은혜와 평강이 너희에게 더욱 많을찌어다
  who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and sprinkling by his blood: Grace and peace be yours in abundance.

3. 찬송하리로다 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 아버지 하나님이 그 많으신 긍휼대로 예수 그리스도의 죽은 자 가운데서 부활하심으로 말미암아 우리를 거듭나게 하사 산 소망이 있게 하시며
  Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4. 썩지 않고 더럽지 않고 쇠하지 아니하는 기업을 잇게 하시나니 곧 너희를 위하여 하늘에 간직하신 것이라
  and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade--kept in heaven for you,

5. 너희가 말세에 나타내기로 예비하신 구원을 얻기 위하여 믿음으로 말미암아 하나님의 능력으로 보호하심을 입었나니
  who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.

6. 그러므로 너희가 이제 여러가지 시험을 인하여 잠간 근심하게 되지 않을 수 없었으나 오히려 크게 기뻐하도다
  In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.

7. 너희 믿음의 시련이 불로 연단하여도 없어질 금보다 더 귀하여 예수 그리스도의 나타나실 때에 칭찬과 영광과 존귀를 얻게 하려 함이라
  These have come so that your faith--of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire--may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

8. 예수를 너희가 보지 못하였으나 사랑하는도다 이제도 보지 못하나 믿고 말할 수 없는 영광스러운 즐거움으로 기뻐하니
  Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy,

9. 믿음의 결국 곧 영혼의 구원을 받음이라
  for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

10. 이 구원에 대하여는 너희에게 임할 은혜를 예언하던 선지자들이 연구하고 부지런히 살펴서
  Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you, searched intently and with the greatest care,

11. 자기 속에 계신 그리스도의 영이 그 받으실 고난과 후에 얻으실 영광을 미리 증거하여 어느 시, 어떠한 때를 지시하시는지 상고하니라
  trying to find out the time and circumstances to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow.

12. 이 섬긴 바가 자기를 위한 것이 아니요 너희를 위한 것임이 계시로 알게 되었으니 이것은 하늘로부터 보내신 성령을 힘입어 복음을 전하는 자들로 이제 너희에게 고한 것이요 천사들도 살펴보기를 원하는 것이니라
  It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things.

13. 그러므로 너희 마음의 허리를 동이고 근신하여 예수 그리스도의 나타나실 때에 너희에게 가져올 은혜를 온전히 바랄찌어다
  Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.

14. 너희가 순종하는 자식처럼 이전 알지 못할 때에 좇던 너희 사욕을 본 삼지 말고
  As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance.

15. 오직 너희를 부르신 거룩한 자처럼 너희도 모든 행실에 거룩한 자가 되라
  But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do;

16. 기록하였으되 내가 거룩하니 너희도 거룩할찌어다 하셨느니라
  for it is written: "Be holy, because I am holy."

17. 외모로 보시지 않고 각 사람의 행위대로 판단하시는 자를 너희가 아버지라 부른즉 너희의 나그네로 있을 때를 두려움으로 지내라
  Since you call on a Father who judges each man's work impartially, live your lives as strangers here in reverent fear.

18. 너희가 알거니와 너희 조상의 유전한 망령된 행실에서 구속된 것은 은이나 금같이 없어질 것으로 한 것이 아니요
  For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers,

19. 오직 흠 없고 점 없는 어린 양 같은 그리스도의 보배로운 피로 한 것이니라
  but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.

20. 그는 창세 전부터 미리 알리신 바 된 자나 이 말세에 너희를 위하여 나타내신 바 되었으니
  He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.

21. 너희는 저를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리시고 영광을 주신 하나님을 그리스도로 말미암아 믿는 자니 너희 믿음과 소망이 하나님께 있게 하셨느니라
  Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God.

22. 너희가 진리를 순종함으로 너희 영혼을 깨끗하게 하여 거짓이 없이 형제를 사랑하기에 이르렀으니 마음으로 뜨겁게 피차 사랑하라
  Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for your brothers, love one another deeply, from the heart.

23. 너희가 거듭난 것이 썩어질 씨로 된 것이 아니요 썩지 아니할 씨로 된 것이니 하나님의 살아 있고 항상 있는 말씀으로 되었느니라
  For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.

24. 그러므로 모든 육체는 풀과 같고 그 모든 영광이 풀의 꽃과 같으니 풀은 마르고 꽃은 떨어지되
  For, "All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall,

25. 오직 주의 말씀은 세세토록 있도다 하였으니 너희에게 전한 복음이 곧 이 말씀이니라
  but the word of the Lord stands forever." And this is the word that was preached to you.
