창세기 2

1. 천지와 만물이 다 이루니라
  Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.

2. 하나님의 지으시던 일이 일곱째 날이 이를 때에 마치니 그 지으시던 일이 다하므로 일곱째 날에 안식하시니라
  By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.

3. 하나님이 일곱째 날을 복 주사 거룩하게 하셨으니 이는 하나님이 그 창조하시며 만드시던 모든 일을 마치시고 이 날에 안식하셨음이더라
  And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

4. 여호와 하나님이 천지를 창조하신 때에 천지의 창조된 대략이 이러하니라
  This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created. When the LORD God made the earth and the heavens--

5. 여호와 하나님이 땅에 비를 내리지 아니하셨고 경작할 사람도 없었으므로 들에는 초목이 아직 없었고 밭에는 채소가 나지 아니하였으며
  and no shrub of the field had yet appeared on the earth and no plant of the field had yet sprung up, for the LORD God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no man to work the ground,

6. 안개만 땅에서 올라와 온 지면을 적셨더라
  but streams came up from the earth and watered the whole surface of the ground--

7. 여호와 하나님이 흙으로 사람을 지으시고 생기를 그 코에 불어넣으시니 사람이 생령이 된지라
  the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

8. 여호와 하나님이 동방의 에덴에 동산을 창설하시고 그 지으신 사람을 거기 두시고
  Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.

9. 여호와 하나님이 그 땅에서 보기에 아름답고 먹기에 좋은 나무가 나게 하시니 동산 가운데에는 생명나무와 선악을 알게 하는 나무도 있더라
  And the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground--trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

10. 강이 에덴에서 발원하여 동산을 적시고 거기서부터 갈라져 네 근원이 되었으니
  A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters.

11. 첫째의 이름은 비손이라 금이 있는 하윌라 온 땅에 둘렸으며
  The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold.

12. 그 땅의 금은 정금이요 그 곳에는 베델리엄과 호마노도 있으며
  (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.)

13. 둘째 강의 이름은 기혼이라 구스 온 땅에 둘렸고
  The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush.

14. 세째 강의 이름은 힛데겔이라 앗수르 동편으로 흐르며 네째 강은 유브라데더라
  The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.

15. 여호와 하나님이 그 사람을 이끌어 에덴 동산에 두사 그것을 다스리며 지키게 하시고
  The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.

16. 여호와 하나님이 그 사람에게 명하여 가라사대 동산 각종 나무의 실과는 네가 임의로 먹되
  And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;

17. 선악을 알게 하는 나무의 실과는 먹지 말라 네가 먹는 날에는 정녕 죽으리라 하시니라
  but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."

18. 여호와 하나님이 가라사대 사람의 독처하는 것이 좋지 못하니 내가 그를 위하여 돕는 배필을 지으리라 하시니라
  The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him."

19. 여호와 하나님이 흙으로 각종 들짐승과 공중의 각종 새를 지으시고 아담이 어떻게 이름을 짓나 보시려고 그것들을 그에게로 이끌어 이르시니 아담이 각 생물을 일컫는 바가 곧 그 이름이라
  Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.

20. 아담이 모든 육축과 공중의 새와 들의 모든 짐승에게 이름을 주니라 아담이 돕는 배필이 없으므로
  So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field. But for Adam no suitable helper was found.

21. 여호와 하나님이 아담을 깊이 잠들게 하시니 잠들매 그가 그 갈빗대 하나를 취하고 살로 대신 채우시고
  So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and closed up the place with flesh.

22. 여호와 하나님이 아담에게서 취하신 그 갈빗대로 여자를 만드시고 그를 아담에게로 이끌어 오시니
  Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

23. 아담이 가로되 이는 내 뼈 중의 뼈요 살 중의 살이라 이것을 남자에게서 취하였은즉 여자라 칭하리라 하니라
  The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman,' for she was taken out of man."

24. 이러므로 남자가 부모를 떠나 그 아내와 연합하여 둘이 한 몸을 이룰찌로다
  For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

25. 아담과 그 아내 두 사람이 벌거벗었으나 부끄러워 아니하니라
  The man and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.

마태복음 2

1. 헤롯 왕 때에 예수께서 유대 베들레헴에서 나시매 동방으로부터 박사들이 예루살렘에 이르러 말하되
  After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem

2. 유대인의 왕으로 나신 이가 어디 계시뇨 우리가 동방에서 그의 별을 보고 그에게 경배하러 왔노라 하니
  and asked, "Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him."

3. 헤롯 왕과 온 예루살렘이 듣고 소동한지라
  When King Herod heard this he was disturbed, and all Jerusalem with him.

4. 왕이 모든 대제사장과 백성의 서기관들을 모아 그리스도가 어디서 나겠느뇨 물으니
  When he had called together all the people's chief priests and teachers of the law, he asked them where the Christ was to be born.

5. 가로되 유대 베들레헴이오니 이는 선지자로 이렇게 기록된 바
  "In Bethlehem in Judea," they replied, "for this is what the prophet has written:

6. 또 유대 땅 베들레헴아 너는 유대 고을 중에 가장 작지 아니하도다 네게서 한 다스리는 자가 나와서 내 백성 이스라엘의 목자가 되리라 하였음이니이다
  "'But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for out of you will come a ruler who will be the shepherd of my people Israel.'"

7. 이에 헤롯이 가만히 박사들을 불러 별이 나타난 때를 자세히 묻고
  Then Herod called the Magi secretly and found out from them the exact time the star had appeared.

8. 베들레헴으로 보내며 이르되 가서 아기에 대하여 자세히 알아보고 찾거든 내게 고하여 나도 가서 그에게 경배하게 하라
  He sent them to Bethlehem and said, "Go and make a careful search for the child. As soon as you find him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship him."

9. 박사들이 왕의 말을 듣고 갈쌔 동방에서 보던 그 별이 문득 앞서 인도하여 가다가 아기 있는곳 위에 머물러 섰는지라
  After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen in the east went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was.

10. 저희가 별을 보고 가장 크게 기뻐하고 기뻐하더라
  When they saw the star, they were overjoyed.

11. 집에 들어가 아기와 그 모친 마리아의 함께 있는 것을 보고 엎드려 아기께 경배하고 보배합을 열어 황금과 유향과 몰약을 예물로 드리니라
  On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold and of incense and of myrrh.

12. 꿈에 헤롯에게로 돌아가지 말라 지시하심을 받아 다른 길로 고국에 돌아가니라
  And having been warned in a dream not to go back to Herod, they returned to their country by another route.

13. 저희가 떠난 후에 주의 사자가 요셉에게 현몽하여 가로되 헤롯이 아기를 찾아 죽이려 하니 일어나 아기와 그의 모친을 데리고 애굽으로 피하여 내가 네게 이르기까지 거기 있으라 하시니
  When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. "Get up," he said, "take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him."

14. 요셉이 일어나서 밤에 아기와 그의 모친을 데리고 애굽으로 떠나가
  So he got up, took the child and his mother during the night and left for Egypt,

15. 헤롯이 죽기까지 거기 있었으니 이는 주께서 선지자로 말씀하신 바 애굽에서 내 아들을 불렀다 함을 이루려 하심이니라
  where he stayed until the death of Herod. And so was fulfilled what the Lord had said through the prophet: "Out of Egypt I called my son."

16. 이에 헤롯이 박사들에게 속은 줄을 알고 심히 노하여 사람을 보내어 베들레헴과 그 모든 지경 안에 있는 사내 아이를 박사들에게 자세히 알아본 그 때를 표준하여 두 살부터 그 아래로 다 죽이니
  When Herod realized that he had been outwitted by the Magi, he was furious, and he gave orders to kill all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity who were two years old and under, in accordance with the time he had learned from the Magi.

17. 이에 선지자 예레미야로 말씀하신 바
  Then what was said through the prophet Jeremiah was fulfilled:

18. 라마에서 슬퍼하며 크게 통곡하는 소리가 들리니 라헬이 그 자식을 위하여 애곡하는 것이라 그가 자식이 없으므로 위로받기를 거절하였도다 함이 이루어졌느니라
  "A voice is heard in Ramah, weeping and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because they are no more."

19. 헤롯이 죽은 후에 주의 사자가 애굽에서 요셉에게 현몽하여 가로되
  After Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt

20. 일어나 아기와 그 모친을 데리고 이스라엘 땅으로 가라 아기의 목숨을 찾던 자들이 죽었느니라 하시니
  and said, "Get up, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who were trying to take the child's life are dead."

21. 요셉이 일어나 아기와 그 모친을 데리고 이스라엘 땅으로 들어오니라
  So he got up, took the child and his mother and went to the land of Israel.

22. 그러나 아켈라오가 그 부친 헤롯을 이어 유대의 임금 됨을 듣고 거기로 가기를 무서워하더니 꿈에 지시하심을 받아 갈릴리 지방으로 떠나가
  But when he heard that Archelaus was reigning in Judea in place of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there. Having been warned in a dream, he withdrew to the district of Galilee,

23. 나사렛이란 동네에 와서 사니 이는 선지자로 하신 말씀에 나사렛 사람이라 칭하리라 하심을 이루려 함이러라
  and he went and lived in a town called Nazareth. So was fulfilled what was said through the prophets: "He will be called a Nazarene."

1. 옛적에 바벨론 왕 느부갓네살에게 사로잡혀 바벨론으로 갔던 자의 자손 중에서 놓임을 받고 예루살렘과 유다 도로 돌아와 각기 본성에 이른 자
  Now these are the people of the province who came up from the captivity of the exiles, whom Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon had taken captive to Babylon (they returned to Jerusalem and Judah, each to his own town,

  The temple servants and the descendants of the servants of Solomon 392

59. 델멜라와 델하르사와 그룹과 앗단과 임멜에서 올라온 자가 있으나 그 종족과 보계가 이스라엘에 속하였는지는 증거할 수 없으니
  The following came up from the towns of Tel Melah, Tel Harsha, Kerub, Addon and Immer, but they could not show that their families were descended from Israel:

60. 저희는 들라야 자손과 도비야 자손과 느고다 자손이라 도합이 육백오십이 명이요
  The descendants of Delaiah, Tobiah and Nekoda 652

61. 제사장 중에는 하바야 자손과 학고스 자손과 바르실래 자손이니 바르실래는 길르앗 사람 바르실래의 딸 중에 하나로 아내를 삼고 바르실래의 이름으로 이름한 자라
  And from among the priests: The descendants of Hobaiah, Hakkoz and Barzillai (a man who had married a daughter of Barzillai the Gileadite and was called by that name).

62. 이 사람들이 보계 중에서 자기 이름을 찾아도 얻지 못한 고로 저희를 부정하게 여겨 제사장의 직분을 행치 못하게 하고
  These searched for their family records, but they could not find them and so were excluded from the priesthood as unclean.

63. 방백이 저희에게 명하여 우림과 둠밈을 가진 제사장이 일어나기 전에는 지성물을 먹지 말라 하였느니라
  The governor ordered them not to eat any of the most sacred food until there was a priest ministering with the Urim and Thummim.

64. 온 회중의 합계가 사만 이천삼백육십 명이요
  The whole company numbered 42,360,

65. 그 외에 노비가 칠천삼백삼십칠 명이요 노래하는 남녀가 이백 명이요
  besides their 7,337 menservants and maidservants; and they also had 200 men and women singers.

66. 말이 칠백 삼십 륙이요 노새가 이백 사십 오요
  They had 736 horses, 245 mules,

67. 약대가 사백삼십오요 나귀가 육천칠백이십이었더라
  435 camels and 6,720 donkeys.

68. 어떤 족장들이 예루살렘 여호와의 전 터에 이르러 하나님의 전을 그 곳에 다시 건축하려고 예물을 즐거이 드리되
  When they arrived at the house of the LORD in Jerusalem, some of the heads of the families gave freewill offerings toward the rebuilding of the house of God on its site.

69. 역량대로 역사하는 곳간에 드리니 금이 육만 일천 다릭이요 은이 오천 마네요 제사장의 옷이 일백 벌이었더라
  According to their ability they gave to the treasury for this work 61,000 drachmas of gold, 5,000 minas of silver and 100 priestly garments.

70. 이에 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 백성 몇과 노래하는 자들과 문지기들과 느디님 사람들이 그 본성들에 거하고 이스라엘 무리도 그 본성들에 거하였느니라
  The priests, the Levites, the singers, the gatekeepers and the temple servants settled in their own towns, along with some of the other people, and the rest of the Israelites settled in their towns.

사도행전 2

1. 오순절날이 이미 이르매 저희가 다 같이 한 곳에 모였더니
  When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.

2. 홀연히 하늘로부터 급하고 강한 바람 같은 소리가 있어 저희 앉은 온 집에 가득하며
  Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.

3. 불의 혀같이 갈라지는 것이 저희에게 보여 각 사람 위에 임하여 있더니
  They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.

4. 저희가 다 성령의 충만함을 받고 성령이 말하게 하심을 따라 다른 방언으로 말하기를 시작하니라
  All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

5. 그 때에 경건한 유대인이 천하 각국으로부터 와서 예루살렘에 우거하더니
  Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven.

6. 이 소리가 나매 큰 무리가 모여 각각 자기의 방언으로 제자들의 말하는 것을 듣고 소동하여
  When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard them speaking in his own language.

7. 다 놀라 기이히 여겨 이르되 보라 이 말하는 사람이 다 갈릴리 사람이 아니냐
  Utterly amazed, they asked: "Are not all these men who are speaking Galileans?

8. 우리가 우리 각 사람의 난 곳 방언으로 듣게 되는 것이 어찜이뇨
  Then how is it that each of us hears them in his own native language?

9. 우리는 바대인과 메대인과 엘림인과 또 메소보다미아, 유대와 가바도기아, 본도와 아시아,
  Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia,

10. 브루기아와 밤빌리아, 애굽과 및 구레네에 가까운 리비야 여러 지방에 사는 사람들과 로마로부터 온 나그네 곧 유대인과 유대교에 들어온 사람들과
  Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome

11. 그레데인과 아라비아인들이라 우리가 다 우리의 각 방언으로 하나님의 큰 일을 말함을 듣는도다 하고
  (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs--we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!"

12. 다 놀라며 의혹하여 서로 가로되 이 어찐 일이냐 하며
  Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, "What does this mean?"

13. 또 어떤 이들은 조롱하여 가로되 저희가 새 술이 취하였다 하더라
  Some, however, made fun of them and said, "They have had too much wine."

14. 베드로가 열한 사도와 같이 서서 소리를 높여 가로되 유대인들과 예루살렘에 사는 모든 사람들아 이 일을 너희로 알게 할 것이니 내 말에 귀를 기울이라
  Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say.

15. 때가 제 삼 시니 너희 생각과 같이 이 사람들이 취한 것이 아니라
  These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It's only nine in the morning!

16. 이는 곧 선지자 요엘로 말씀하신 것이니 일렀으되
  No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:

17. 하나님이 가라사대 말세에 내가 내 영으로 모든 육체에게 부어 주리니 너희의 자녀들은 예언할 것이요 너희의 젊은이들은 환상을 보고 너희의 늙은이들은 꿈을 꾸리라
  "'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.

18. 그 때에 내가 내 영으로 내 남종과 여종들에게 부어 주리니 저희가 예언할 것이요
  Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.

19. 또 내가 위로 하늘에서는 기사와 아래로 땅에서는 징조를 베풀리니 곧 피와 불과 연기로다
  I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.

20. 주의 크고 영화로운 날이 이르기 전에 해가 변하여 어두워지고 달이 변하여 피가 되리라
  The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.

21. 누구든지 주의 이름을 부르는 자는 구원을 얻으리라 하였느니라
  And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'

22. 이스라엘 사람들아 이 말을 들으라 너희도 아는 바에 하나님께서 나사렛 예수로 큰 권능과 기사와 표적을 너희 가운데서 베푸사 너희 앞에서 그를 증거하셨느니라
  "Men of Israel, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.

23. 그가 하나님의 정하신 뜻과 미리 아신 대로 내어 준 바 되었거늘 너희가 법 없는 자들의 손을 빌어 못 박아 죽였으나
  This man was handed over to you by God's set purpose and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross.

24. 하나님께서 사망의 고통을 풀어 살리셨으니 이는 그가 사망에게 매여 있을 수 없었음이라
  But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him.

25. 다윗이 저를 가리켜 가로되 내가 항상 내 앞에 계신 주를 뵈웠음이여 나로 요동치 않게 하기 위하여 그가 내 우편에 계시도다
  David said about him: "'I saw the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

26. 이러므로 내 마음이 기뻐하였고 내 입술도 즐거워하였으며 육체는 희망에 거하리니
  Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will live in hope,

27. 이는 내 영혼을 음부에 버리지 아니하시며 주의 거룩한 자로 썩음을 당치 않게 하실 것임이로다
  because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay.

28. 주께서 생명의 길로 내게 보이셨으니 주의 앞에서 나로 기쁨이 충만하게 하시리로다 하였으니
  You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence.'

29. 형제들아 내가 조상 다윗에 대하여 담대히 말할 수 있노니 다윗이 죽어 장사되어 그 묘가 오늘까지 우리 중에 있도다
  "Brothers, I can tell you confidently that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is here to this day.

30. 그는 선지자라 하나님이 이미 맹세하사 그 자손 중에서 한 사람을 그 위에 앉게 하리라 하심을 알고
  But he was a prophet and knew that God had promised him on oath that he would place one of his descendants on his throne.

31. 미리 보는 고로 그리스도의 부활하심을 말하되 저가 음부에 버림이 되지 않고 육신이 썩음을 당하지 아니하시리라 하더니
  Seeing what was ahead, he spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that he was not abandoned to the grave, nor did his body see decay.

32. 이 예수를 하나님이 살리신지라 우리가 다 이 일에 증인이로다
  God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of the fact.

33. 하나님이 오른손으로 예수를 높이시매 그가 약속하신 성령을 아버지께 받아서 너희 보고 듣는 이것을 부어 주셨느니라
  Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.

34. 다윗은 하늘에 올라가지 못하였으나 친히 말하여 가로되 주께서 내 주에게 말씀하시기를
  For David did not ascend to heaven, and yet he said, "'The Lord said to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand

35. 내가 네 원수로 네 발등상 되게 하기까지 너는 내 우편에 앉았으라 하셨도다 하였으니
  until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet." '

36. 그런즉 이스라엘 온 집이 정녕 알찌니 너희가 십자가에 못 박은 이 예수를 하나님이 주와 그리스도가 되게 하셨느니라 하니라
  "Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ."

37. 저희가 이 말을 듣고 마음에 찔려 베드로와 다른 사도들에게 물어 가로되 형제들아 우리가 어찌할꼬 하거늘
  When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?"

38. 베드로가 가로되 너희가 회개하여 각각 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 세례를 받고 죄 사함을 얻으라 그리하면 성령을 선물로 받으리니
  Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

39. 이 약속은 너희와 너희 자녀와 모든 먼 데 사람 곧 주 우리 하나님이 얼마든지 부르시는 자들에게 하신 것이라 하고
  The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off--for all whom the Lord our God will call."

40. 또 여러 말로 확증하며 권하여 가로되 너희가 이 패역한 세대에서 구원을 받으라 하니
  With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, "Save yourselves from this corrupt generation."

41. 그 말을 받는 사람들은 세례를 받으매 이 날에 제자의 수가 삼천이나 더하더라
  Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.

42. 저희가 사도의 가르침을 받아 서로 교제하며 떡을 떼며 기도하기를 전혀 힘쓰니라
  They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

43. 사람마다 두려워하는데 사도들로 인하여 기사와 표적이 많이 나타나니
  Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles.

44. 믿는 사람이 다 함께 있어 모든 물건을 서로 통용하고
  All the believers were together and had everything in common.

45. 또 재산과 소유를 팔아 각 사람의 필요를 따라 나눠 주고
  Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need.

46. 날마다 마음을 같이 하여 성전에 모이기를 힘쓰고 집에서 떡을 떼며 기쁨과 순전한 마음으로 음식을 먹고
  Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts,

47. 하나님을 찬미하며 또 온 백성에게 칭송을 받으니 주께서 구원받는 사람을 날마다 더하게 하시니라
  praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
